Usually a wife never keeps her feet on her husband thigh, even today , but he makes Sita keep, allow his clothes to get the stain of her blood. So it showed he will take the stain and vindicate her from whatever injury the society is giving her. The next scene Ram going and then Lakshman with Sita alone on that stone showed Sita's condition after banishment. And the child she sees or someone will show her way to valmiki ashram.

Ram's dialogue I am assured you know Prakriti and I am thankful to you accompanying me tells his confidence in Sita's ability to survive in the forest when need comes.

They showed physical injury due to an accident and how Ram tends to it. Next will be emotional injury because of a mistake and how Ram will tend to it.

Sita cannot tend to the damage alone, she needs Ram for it and all his love which makes him take the blame for her sake, just like he allowed her to keep her feet on his thigh.

No Srutha, actually FF is like u need to get into routine.. But OS are short nd sweet, that's why prefer OS ..
