"Chalo"
Mandavi screamed.
Bharat put his hand on her mouth.
And Shatrughan adjusted behind a bush hiding himself.
"Kshama"She wisphered embarrassed.
"Hum teeno yahan se chal chalte hai,yahi upyukt hoga"
"Thik hai"
"Sumitranandan,mujhe toh gyaat hi nahi tha ki aap itni prempurvak yukti se vivaah ka prastaav rakhenge!Aakhir mere saath rehke aapko thodi toh budhhi aayi"
"Aap phir mat shuru ho jaiye"
"Mai toh aapko pratipal chiddhhati hun,aaj aashcharya hone ki kon si baat hai?"She retorted.
And then began the familiar arguement.
She crossed her arms,no wonder she was too too angry on our angry-young-man.
"Mujhe toh gyaat hi nahi tha ki ye kitna bada dhoka ho raha hai is mahal me"
She continued,"Aise mahal me Sadwart Kumaari Rajkumari Manika kaise aa sakti hai?"
*Now you guys know who she is*
She went towards the duo pacing.
Immediatly,she pulled his ears.
"Aaah!Ye kya kar rahi hai aap?"
Urmila got shocked and then giggled on seeing Lakshman's state.
"Aap?"Urmi asked gently.
She led out a fake smile,"Haan Urmi,matlab itna sab kuchh ho gya,tum dono ne mujhe bataya nahi"
They were embarassed
"Kintu mujhe toh gyaat tha kuchh na kuchh toh avashya hai"
She pulled his ear more tightly.
"Are Didi,ab toh Kshama kar dijiye"
"Abhi nahi,bohot sata rahe ho tum hum sabko Lakahman!Aise kaise?"She,Shanta said sarcastically.
"Koi baat nahi Didi,ab toh sab thik haina"Urmi told gently.
Shanta sighed and let leave her hold on Lakshman's ear.
Lakshman sighed in relief"Kya Didi aap bhi"
"Arey Urmi,mai toh tumhe batana hi bhul gyi!Mata Kaikeyi ne tumhe bulaya hai"
"Ji Didi abhi jaati hun"She smiled and left.
"Vaise bhi mujhe apne priya bhai se kuchh vishesh baat karni hai"Shanta rubbed her teeth.
"Kahiye Didi"He said confidently.
"Anuj!Tum toh satya me advitiya ho"
"Vo toh mai hun hi!"Lakshman asked while checking his ear,whether it was working propely or not.
Shanta eyed him suspiciously.
"Kya yeh raghukul ki reeti hai?Abhi tum Urmi ke samaksh prem ka prastaav rakh rahe ho aur kal tum vivaah karne lagoge?"
"Didi,prem ka prastaav vivaah karne ke liye hi toh rakha hai"
Urmila swirled round,then walked up to Kaikeyi's room too happily.Indeed,it would such a memorable day for her.
An everlasting broad smile and she entered the chambers,only to find Kaikeyi busy in something.
She glanced and found something as Shagun,for Shanta Didi,she thought.
"Mata"She called her.
Kaikeyi turned back,delighted on seeing her favourite person these days,"Urmila!"
"Aao,maine hi Shanta se kahaa tha tumhe bulaane ko"
"Ji Mata aayi"she entered,"Aap toh bohot prasann dikh rahi hai mata"
She asked sweetly.
Kaikeyi laughed,"Mai?Urmila mai kya aaj toh hum sab hi bohot prasann hai"
*At the garden*
Shanta asked him out of deep concern,"Aakhir kyu kar rahe ho aisa Lakshman,kyu itna dukh de rahe ho usse??Aur hum sab se kya chhipa rahe ho..?Mujhe tumhare vichaar kuchh samajh nahi aarahe"
Lakshman got serious and really worried,"Samajh toh mai nahi paa raha hun Didi!Aap kya keh rahi hain,mai kya kar raha hun?"He asked innocently.
*Kaikeyi's quarters"
"Vo toh nishchit hai Mata!Aur aap teeno ko prasann hona bhi chahiye,aakhir aap naani banne waali hai.Ye toh keval sukh ke chhan hai"Urmila said to Kaikeyi,with a reflect on the last sentence.
Kaikeyi nodded,
"Haan putri,sukh hi sukh!Ayodhya ke achhe din aa gye hai(A/N:Kyunki humne Maharaaj Dashrath ko vote kiya hai:P okay back to the seriousness of the scene)
Satya hi ek toh hum naani banne wali hai aur ek toh!Oh tumhe toh bataya hi nahi"Kaikeyi was reminded.
*At the garden*
Shanta closed her eyes and sighed,"Lakshman,kyu,kyu kar rahe ho ye vivaah?"
Lakshman asked further,"Didi mai Urmila se vivaah kyu na karu?"
"Urmila se nahi,tum usse vivaah kyu kar rahe jise Mataon ne tumhare liye chuna hai aur jo tumhe vaastav ve pasand hai?"Shanta asked
*Kaikeyi's quarters*
Kaikeyi exclaimed with joy,"Urmila,Lakshman ka vivaah nishchit ho gya hai.Sumitra ne uske sarvatha yogya patni dhundh li hai.Ab hamara parivaar purna ho jayega.Isliye toh maine tumhe yahaan bulaya hai taaki mai puchh saku..."
*At the garden*
"Vivaah?Mata ne chunaa?Kya keh rahi hai aap Didi?"Lakshman's heart pumped out loud.
*kaikeyi's quarters*
Urmila's heart pumped out loud,she stood with wide eyes,blood gushed all over her cheeks making them red,she gulped smalley.'Did he tell them already?Is she talking about me'She finally found the courage to speak up,
"Kisse?"
*At the garden*
"Haan Lakshman!Tumhara Vivaah!Nichchit hua hai!"Shanta made him understand.
A nod of no immediatly came up,with light sighs.Unwilling to accept,he finally found the courage to speak up.
"Kisse?"
*Kaikeyi's quarters*
"Tumhari hi padosi,sadwart ki rajkumari Manika se"Kaikeyi told happily.
Her face fell too low,what do you do of these unexpected situations?A complete shock state,what you can call.
*at the garden*
"Sadwart Kumari Manika se"
His face fell,a wet eye would be too taboo to him but then it was all different.
"Kya?"
"Tumhe gyaat nahi?"Shanta was shocked.
"Mujhe kuchh gyaat nahin.Aur maata ne mera vivaah usse kyu aur kaise tay kar diya?"
"Kintu maine toh ye suna hai ki tum use pasand karte ho"
"Kya?"Too too shocked,"Uss chuhiya ko kaun pasand karega?Vo bhi mai"He stood making a face.
"Mujhe toh kucch nahi pataa uske baare me,mai jaanna bhi nahi chahta"
"Achha!Mujhe bhi pata nahi tha"Shanta was relieved.
"Arey nahi Lakshman,ab kya karenge hum,Tumhara aur Urmi ka vivaah kaise hoga?Maine prayaas bhi kiya kintu maatayein kisi ki kuchh sun hi nahi rahi hai.Aur toh aur kal prasthaan ki taiyaariyon me lagi hui hai.Ek chhan...hum Urmila se kya kahenge?"
Each sentence of Shanta made total sense to him,he got more and more worried.But the last sentence made him numb.
"Didi!Mata kaikeyi ne Mila ko kyu bulaya hai?"He asked panicked.
"Vo vastron ke chayan me sahaayta karne ko..."She couldnt complete but realize that Kaikeyi would have definitely told Urmila by now.She knew her mother and her fondness of Urmi too.
*Kaikeyi Quarters*
"Haan putri,vaastav me,ab bas jaldi se Lakshman aur Shatrughan ka bhi vivaah ho jaye toh sab sukhad ho jayega"
Urmila was lost in her own,framing various questions of which she desired no answers.She sat by Kaikeyi's bed helping her or rather pretending to be indulging in arranging the Shagun thaals.Kaikeyi went up here and there.
"Isliye toh maine tumhe bulaya tha,tumhari pasand se mujhe purna rup se santosh ho jayega.Aao in vastron me se sabse achhe vastra chun lo"
A weak fake smile,Urmila said
"Laiiye Mata"
*at the garden*
"Didi mujhe sheeghr ati sheeghr,uske paas jana hai,usse baat karni hai"
He began to pace away until..
"Ruko Lakshman!Mai chahti toh nahi kintu isme koi asambhaavna nahi hai ki...usse pata chal gya hoga!Dhairya rakho,vo aise kaise samjhegi?"
"Kintu Didi?Usse bura lagega!"
"Kaise uske samaksh jaoge Lakshman, batao mujhe?"Shanta's sweet voice whispered.
He was clueless,
"Pitashree aisa nahi hone denge"
"Unhe vachan ne baandha hai Lakshman!"
"Vachan??!!..chhodo...Ram Bhaiya aur Bhabhi toh aisa bilkul nhi hone denge"
"Matayein kisi ke samaksh bhi nahi aa rahi Lakshman"
"Shatrughan...!"
"Koi Mataon se ye nahi keh paayega anuj"
"Sita Bhabhi toh keh..."
"Nahin.Vo bhi nahin"
"Toh kaun?"
Shanta stood with an itritated look.
"Tum gadhe!"
"Main?"
"Prem tumhara,shaadi tumhari!Toh kaun aake kahega ye sabse?Lanka se Mata Kaikesi?"
"Nahin unhe bulane ki kya aavashyakta hai?"He gave a helpless look.
"Lakshman,gambhiir raho.Aakhir tumhe apni mataon ko kabhi toh apne baare me batana hoga"
"Thik hai!Mai hi kahunga"
"Kintu jo karna soch vichaar karke.."
Lakshman went into the palace.
Shanta said,"Hey Bhagwaan,mai aapse viniti karti hun!Vo Sadwart Kumari Manika iss ghar me nahin aani chahiye"
Bhagwan questioned,"Kyu putri?"
Shanta replied instantly,"Aap jaante nahi hai usse.Chuhiya hai vo chuhiya!
Jaante hain?Jaante hi honge aap toh,kaise ashram ne aake Swami se baat kiye jaa rahi thi.Hwwwnh"

"Paaap nahi lagaunga!Seedhe tumhari aur YK ki love story ka chance half kar dunga"
Rishivar freaked out."Thik hai!Manthara ke saath rehne se achha hai mai YK ke yaadon ke sahaare reh lun"

Goes to video chats,
Sumi and Gowri are still arguing over a single idea.
"Girls"
"Yes Uncle...oh I mean Bhaiya😳:))"Sumi and Gowri told in unison.
"Find me help"
*audio fail*
"Hell?!?Bhaiya vo toh aapko already milne wala hai😛"
'No I wont slap my forehead now it has already become red swollen'
"Sumi,get Charvi here"
"Okay ,mai abhi dekhti hun!!!Charvi dear😆"
Charvi was busy playing CID with the wooden door,😆she becoming Daya and breaking it.
"Charvi,Bhaiya needs you"Gowri and Sumi called her.
She comes running,"Oh really
Partner u r in treta yug,wow"
"Partner meri zindagi yahan naav ki tarah dub rahi hai aur tumhe wow ki padi hai"
"Hua kya?"
Sumi told Charvi all the Rishivar Gatha.
"Wow"She exclaimed.
Rishivar glared.
"I mean what?Aapko jald se jald yahaan se bhaagna hoga.Otherwise aapko vahi settle na hona pade"Charvi giggled on the last line.
"Please partner"Rishivar said.
"Toh problem kya hai?"
"Kaise aaun?"
"Arey!Pehle batana tha na"All eyes on Charvi now.
"Mere paas hi hai time machine ka remote,yu button dabaungi,vahaan aapka taanga aa jaayega"
Finally,Rishivar felt relieved.
"Partner.Neki aur puchh puchh!Jaldi button dabao.I am ready to come"
"Nahin!Ruko Charvi dear"Sumi shouted.
She looked at Rishivar and then whispered something into Charvi's ear.Upon hearing it,Charvi got a big mischievous smile on her face.Sumi also winked at Gowri,who understood the part.
"Bhaiya"All three stood pouting.
Rishivar tensed the blackmail.
"Aapko time machine bulvaane know liye kuchh toh karna padega."

"Pitashree kuchh boliye!Maun rehna samasya ka hal nahin hai.Yadi maun hi rehna hota hai toh vidhaata hume ye jihva kyu saunpte hai.Vachan se aap bandh sakte hai,aapki jihva nahi!Kyunki jihva toh sadaiv swatantra hoti hai...shabdon ki swatantrata bhi koi nahi chheen sakta"
Dashrath wasnt speaking anything since his conversation with Sumitra.
Ram stood in his usual posture,holding his forehead,because of his family's antics.
At times he would wonder why is he even,what is he to do among these crazies?But Alas,Can he ask this to Sita?Ah well,no.
But still Sita was too worried for her sister and Brother-in-law's happiness.
"Pitashree,aise baithe rehne se kaam nahi chalega.Sitae satya keh rahi hain!"
Dashrath finally spoke"Mai kya kahun,jab Lakahman ko hi Manika se vivaah karna hai"
"Kya?"
"Haan.Sumitra ne mujhe bataya.Ab tum hi socho aisa bhi toh hota hi hai ki vo gadha apni saari icchhhayein adhiktar Sumitra ko batata hai is baar bhi vahi hua hoga.Varna Sumitra ko Urmila pasand naa aaye aisa hoga kya bhala"
Hard to believe for Ram and Sita,they looked onto one another.
"Sitae kahin humne hi samajhne me bhul toh nahi kardi."
"Nahi Raghunandan.Hum satya hi jaante hain.Vo satya me usse prem karta hai"
Ram thought deeply,and angrily
"Thik hai toh ab jo karna hai us moorkh hi karna hai.Hum koi sahayata nahi karenge uski.Us samay vivaah prastaav sweekaar kar liya hota toh aaj ye nahi hota"

"Arya,Lakshman Bhaiya aur Rakshashi ke vivaah me mai ye pehnungi"Mandavi happily swirled over her orange embroided odhni.
"Thik hai Mandavi!Aap toh kuchh bhi pehenti hai mujhe achhi hi lagti hai"Bharat said in a childlike innocence.
Mandavi and Shatrughan stared at him for a while,he exclaimed out,"Bhabhi!!!!Bhaiya aapki prashansha kar rahe hai vo bhi satya me"
He came towards Bharat with protuded eyes.
"Anuj!"
"Hayee!Ahobhaagya,mere achhe din toh aaye!(A/N:Kyu?Kyunki Mandavi ne bhi Maharaj Dashrath ko vote kiya tha😆)
Awww Arya,sach me aap mere bhole se patidev hain!"Mandavi went onto pull his cheeks.
Bharat stood embarrassed.
"Mandavi aap ye kya kar rahi hain?"
Mandavi bit her tongue,"Oh Kshama!Le balaiyaan"
Thus,she warded off evil eyes,both of them losing into each other's eyes,lost,totally lost.
But what would you do of evil throats?
Shatrughan coughed loudly to get them understand his presence.
"Bhaiya,Bhabhi mai keh raha tha ki ab bas kuchh hi chhan aur!Kal Mithila pohochte hi Mai Mataon se keh dunga,bass ab Lakshman Bhaiya aur Urmila Bhabhi ka vivaah kara de"
"Aaj hi keh dete Anuj"
"Keh hi deta Bhaiya,kintu Matayein toh zara bhi bhaav nahi de rahi,sun hi nahi rahi,pata nahi kya kya taiyariyaan ho rahi hain"
"Mai toh ab Mithila pohoch kar vo ghoshna sunna chahti hun bass"
Mandavi exclaimed.
Little did she know what she had to hear!

Sumitra prayed very earnestly,"Mahadev,aapka bohot bohot dhanyavaad aapne hamaara parivaar purn kiya"
Kaushalya and Kaikeyi came to her temple,
"Satya me Mahaadev,aapki bohot kripa hai"
"Hamari teesri bahu bhi bilkul tumhaari tarah hi hogi,mujhe aisi anubhuti ho rahi hai"Kaushalya spoke.
"Pata nahin Didi,prashansha toh bohot suni hai Manika ki.Rup me sundar hai.Mujhe toh sahi hi lag rahi hai"
"Lakshman ke liye vadhu dhundna itna aasaan na tha.Vo toh achha hua aisa rishta hamare paas swayam hi aagyaa"
"Tabhi toh jaise hi meri sakhi ne ye prastaav rakha maine haan hi kar li.Uspe mujhe purna vishwaas hai"
Sumitra said.
"Ab bass ye vivaah bina kisi aur adchann ke sampann ho jaye"Kaushalya thought.

The whole night was spent by Lakshman to search for Urmila but she had always been successful in managing not to come across him.
The morning had arrived,whole family had to leave for Mithila
anytime soon.
"Suniye"Lakshman called for Mila but she ran away.It was the 100th time he was being ignored.
'Fool I am!'he thought'I should have convinced the others by now.Where is Ma?Let me go to her'
"Sugni,Mata Sumitra ko dekha?"
He asked Sugni,who was busy in folding Manthara's nth letter for Rishivar into the envelope.
"Vo Rajkumaar,ve toh pehle hi prasthaan kar chuki hain Mithila ko.
Aur haan aapke liye aadesh hai ki sheeghr se bhi sheeghr taiyaar ho kar neeche jaye,prasthaan ka samay ho gya hai"
"Ab mere paas sheeghr prasthaan ke alawa koi maarg hai hi nahin"he said to himself.
The GREAT Rishivar scrolled like a snake,sliding down the pillars,crawling like a caterpillar, in order to be hidden by Manthara.
He finally sighed,after having escaped out of the palace.He would finally be to Mithila,from where he'll return to his yug.
"Oh Lord!You rock!"
The lord also winked from above and smirked,little did Rishivar know.
*flashback*
"Kaikeyi,Ruko!"
Kaikeyi was ready to step into the carriage.
"Kya hua Manthara?Itni pareshaan kyu ho?"
"Mai tumhe pareshaan dikh rahi hun?"
Kaikeyi looked at her,dressed heavily from top to bottom,she couldnt help but giggle.
"Kaikeyi Mujhe bhi apne saath le chalo,Mithila me ek bohot aavashyak kaarya hai mujhe"
"Thik hai.Thik hai.Chalo!"
Manthara laughed with her rotten throat.
"Aakhir mujhe unhe...kya kehte hai...Sari ki fries deni hai"
'She means Surprize'translated the Lord.
*flashback ends*
"Bhabhi.Bhabhi."Lakshman repeatedly called out.
'Koi baat nahin Sita!Tum ye karr sakti ho.Tum Lakshman bhaiya se rusht reh sakti ho.Hmm.Tum maun reh sakti ho.Niyantran.Niyantran.Aakhir ek niyantran hi ek vyakti ka sacha gun hota hai..."Sita firmly walked,thinking all this,trying her best to not to respond to him.
Shatrughan,Bharat and Mandavi had already left with the queens,obviously all of them were the most eager ones.
Dashrath too gave his epic one eyebrow raised look to his son and left without uttering a word.
'Ye gadha hi rahega'
"Sumantra Kaka,is gadhe ko maarg se hataaiye"came Ram's voice from behind as Lakshman was interrupting his way to the carriage.
Lakshman looked up"Bhaiya"
Ram looked straight,he didnt speak,instead walked up his way.
Lakshman very happily started following him.
Noticing,Ram stopped midway,making Lakshman bump into him.
He asked"Tum kahaan chale?"
"Mithila aur kahaan Bhaiya?"
"Mere saath kyu chal rahe ho?"
"Aapke,Bhabhi aur Urmila ke saath hi toh jaunga na"
"Nahi"
"Toh?"
"Tum Sumant Kaka ke saath jaoge"
"Kya?"
"Haan ab sheeghr jao"
"Par Bhaiya.."
Urmila entered from the other round,Sita waiting for her on the carriage.
A quick sharp dangerous eyelock followed between them.Tables would be turned onto him drastically and that too very soon.Swaggering,she stepped onto the carriage.
All this while Lakshman was staring at her and Ram was eyeing Lakshman keenly.
"Sumantra kaka,le jaaiye Lakshman ko"He went his way.
Sumantra Ji dragged Lakshman with him,
"Aao Putra,maarg me mai tumhe khatta wala sharbat(A/N:coldrink 😆) peene ke laabh ke baare me batata hu,jo mujhe param gyaani Rishivar ne bataya hai"
'Mere hi jeevan ka sharbat banaa ke,naa jaane sanko sharbat kyu peena hai?'Lakshman thought,tired.
Precap:
"Mai satya keh rahi hun Maharaj Mai kuchh nahi chhipa rahin aur konsi yojna?"Sumitra asked confused.
"Sumitra,dekho tum mujhe toh bataa do,koi nahi jaan paayega"
"Satya me Maharaj,subah se sab yahin puchh rahe hai.Aapko vishwaas nahi hai toh Kaushalya Didi se puchh le,mai unse kuchh nahi chhipaati"
"Hum teenon hi chaahti hain ki Lakshman ka vivaah Manika se ho jaaye"

A/N:I am here with chapter 9.Its not too satisfactorily written but I could build up this.I havent previewed it,so if there's any mistake grammar wise,plot wise and logic wise,I'm quite sorry.All incidents and characters,all of them are completely imaginary and not related to the epic.
