I agree with you Shruthi.
First of all, I've been a silent reader of almost all your posts. I think you analyse beautifully 😃
The purity of the Sita-Ram relationship, and the Divinity of the relationship was fantastically portrayed by the CVs.
The fact that even though the people pushed Sita out of the kingdom, but never could out of Ram's heart is one of the main reasons why in weddings "Sita Kalyana Vaibogame" is sung. Their relationship was the highest order of love, the parakiya rasa, love even when separated.
Interestingly, two other very famous parakiya rasa couple are Urmila-Lakshman, and of course, the highest of them all, Radhe-Krishna.

The beauty of Ram-Sita is their maturity in their level of understanding of each other n their clear mindedness of their duty n responsibility as a wife n a queen n the same for Ram...
Beautiful post Sruti ji..
I agree its a bit hard to show romance for myth characters..The light hearted but genuine feelings that they have for each other n devotion towards each other is beauty of SiRa.
