Today Sita told another pearl of wisdom. Fear that stops you from enjoying life's experiences. Yes many times we dont act, because we are afraid. What will happen. What will other's think of us. We go against our conscience, just because of fear.
And many a times we dont listen to intuition, we dont listen to our inner voice again because of fear.
Thinking about future, thinking about next moment we stand where we are ignoring the present.

Many times change induces fear, new surroundings induces fear. Yes it is fine to be wary of the surroundings. To observe it, to understand it. But to fear it. No. Dont do it. There is a lot of difference between observing your surroundings, understanding the situation and fearing the situation.

Understanding helps to act appropriately, observance helps you keep yourself safe. But fear it simply immobilizes you.

So dont allow fear to dictate your actions, understand fear and learn to control it.

well said dii 😃
fear stops us from enjoying and experiencing our life👏👏

in my POV:
It is our inner fear which is projected outward and make us to see world which is dangerous. It stops us from admiring and enjoying the beauty of this world we see around us.

It's true, of course, that bad people exist in the world and we need to protect ourselves from them. But we must not do so in a self-defeating manner.

Fearful people not aware of whats happening create the circumstances through which their fears become more real.

If we have less inner fear, we can have more power to influence others in a positive way. We can be more effective at neutralizing the dangers with our wit and wisdom or else our inner fear consumes us completely and we fail in protecting ourselves.

We should explore the world but at the same time we should be ready to face the problems that we encounter

just saw the episode wow its fantanstic 👏
thanks for highlighting this point Dii😃

Fear of the unknown. We get comfy with what we are familiar with. Venturing out of the comfort zone is not easy. Not difficult either.

@jayashree the main thing you need to conquer fear is emotional support. Someone who trusts your instincts, without emotional support, with your near and dear ones questioning every move of yours it becomes difficult

True that Shruthi. Without emotional support fear cannot be conquered. But there are times when a decision is solely yours and that is when we have to trust the one above us to guide.

The first step towards anything unknown is always the most difficult step, but fear cripples us and stops us from experiencing the trials and the glory that could be ours, only if we defeat it to move forward. An exemplary lesson taught by Sita.
The episode was good ...Ram's bravery, Mandavi's guilt, Ram's pain on seeing his injured brother. I must say that Sita with her limitless vishwas in Ram stole my heart. She was everywhere, with her sisters placating their fears, supporting Ram when he most needed it. She was the support system today for her family. She truly exhibited the qualities of bhumija today ,didn't she?

Yes Savitha. Sita showed the most important aspect of Prakriti today, its protective nature towards its loved ones. Whether consoling her sisters, or upping her husband's spirits that has been shaken she was remarkable.

@manasa first and foremost we need to deal with fear is to understand why the fear happens. On most occasions it will be because of preconceived notions about life, family and society. We all are groomed in a certain way to behave in a certain way. And to break this shackles is not easy. But you can. If you try to understand the source of fear.
Instead of ignoring the fear, it is always better to address it. Just like we following our intuition, we have to address the fear before we can move forward.
