I personally don't think they would rush to vanvas I think they would spend some time showing Ram and Sita at the palace etc.

I doubt they will head for vanvaas soon...maybe after one or one and a half months
Another possibility could be that they had shot this in the very beginning...maybe as a look test or something cause if you notice clearly Ashish looks different from how he looks now.
Another thing is that we just saw a picture of Sita in Ayodhya & before that they would have been shooting the dandaka fight sequence, I doubt they would have had the time to shoot vanvaas promo now!

Abhi mujhe sira ka romance i mean some quality of time dekhna tha or yaha vanvas..
