Sita was standing alone in the balcony of the corridor of the palace...
She was lost in thoughts...ma slight frown was seen on her forehead. ...
R: itni ekagrata ke saath kis vichaar mein dubi hai aap?
She heard a voice which she recognised to be that of Ram...
S: ji...main..bas...
R: ( gently) aap keh sakti hai...
S: ( shy) ji...main soch rahi thi ki swayamwar ke poorv aapne mujhse jo kaha tha...ki aapki sadaiv ek hi patni hogi...kya..aap...
She trailed off..awkwardly...
Ram smiled and stood besides her...
R: avashya...mujhe aapna vachan smaran hai...meri keval ek hi patni hogi...aur vo hongi aap...keval aap...
He replied never realising when his hand reached her cheek. ...caressing it very softly...
Sita looked at their position and lowered her eyes...trying to avoid her blush...
Ram awkwardly withdrew his hand. ...but his heart wished he could keep it there till eternity. ...
Sita joined her hands...
S: agya dijiye...shubh raatri!
Ram smilingly wished her the same...

But before Sita could stop her...Urmila ran out giggling...
Urmila almost barged into Ram's room where he was having a talk with Lakshman...shoving the stunned dwaarpal in the process...

She sqeauled excitedly making Ram look at her while Lakshman made a face and shook his head...
R: aapko kuch chahiye?
Ur: nahi...main aapke liye kuch laayi hu...
R: mere liye? kintu kya?
She rushed to him and sat in front of him...
Ur: ye lijiye...
She said...by then Sita and her sisters too had come...
He took the box and opened it to find a beautifully embroidered utariya...for 2 whole minutes he kept admiring it...
Ur: sundar haina? kaha tha maine! parantu iss bechaari ki kon sune! huh!
She replied dramatically making Ram laugh and lakshman roll his eyes...
Ur: yah...sita didi ne banaya hai..khaas aapke liye...
She said as soon as he opened his mouth to speak...
R: dhanyawaad...paran...
He said finally when he was allowed to...
Ur: dhanyawaad mujhe nahi...Sita didi ko kahiye...unhone hi...( Sita glares at her but she continues) banaya hai...
Ram nodded as a sweet smile graced his face...
L: ( in Ram's ear) arrey waah bhaiyya! pehli bhet haan!
Ram hit Lakshman playfully while he made a fake sound as if it hurt...
L: ( complaining) bhaabhi! bhaiyya mujhe maar rahe hai! dekhiye na!
Sita smiled awkwardly...unable to say anything. ...
Urmila thought of leaving the two alone for their thank you session. ...
Ur: Rajkumar Lakshman...chaliye hum aapko pora mahal dekhaate hai...
L: nahi...mujhe koi ruchi...
Ur: maine kaha na HUM DEKHAATE HAI...
she stressed...
L: uh..haan..haan...chaliye...
he said getting the hint...
After they left...both were left in an awkward silence. ...
R: sthaan grahan kijiye...Sita...
Ram broke the ice...
S: ji...
She replied before sitting down besides him...
He noticed her nervousness and gently questioned her...
R: aap itni sehmi si kyu hai? koi aapatti hai? aap mujhe bata sakti hai...
S: ji..nahi...vo..bas...
He blinked softly...trying to calm her...
S: vo...yah sab..mere liye...bohot...naya hai...mano ek shan mein hi mera sansaar hi badal gaya...
R: avashya...parantu aapko itna bhaibheet hone ki koi avashyakta nahi...hum pati patni se poorv mitr bansakte hai...aur apne hriday ki baat apne iss mitr se baant sakti hai..
Sita smiled at him...her eyes overflowing wiyh love and respect for him...
S: kadachit main kuch adhik hi bhayashaali hu...vo mujhe apne swaami ke roop mein aap mile hai...jo mujhe apbe samaan mane naki apne se chota...
She replied genuinely. ...
R: parantu sabse adhik bhagyawan toh main hi hu...tatha mujhe aapko apne samaan manne ki avashyakta nahi...aap mere samaan hai...ussmein manna kaisa?
jo mujhe apni patni ke roop mein aap mili hai..
She blushed and Ram smiled seeing her like that...
Sita got up to leave and was about to ask his permission yo leave when...
R: aur...iss angvastr ke liye bohot bohot dhabyawaad...atyant sundar hai yah vastr...
S: ji...mera saubhagya hai .ki aapko pasand aaya...
She said before rushing out blushing. ..badly !
