Episode 57: A Divine Deed

What an special ep to even make a post

It was the most awaited episode of "Siya Ke Ram"

And it lived up to our expectations

Everyone played their part to perfection

Janak's shuttling expression btw hope and despair

Vishwamitra command

Lakshman's anger and love for his Bhaiya

Sita's plea,hope,wish...

everything was portrayed well by receptive actors

But this episode belonged to Maryada Purushottam Ram

Ashish...Ashish...

How do I praise u,no words...

Take this

Excellent team work but SKR team

It has been a treat to watch

Lucky to witness such an awesome show

Guru Vishwamitra was shocked by

the attitude of the callous kings collected in the sabha...

They lacked both...

physical strength and integrity...

He challenges the kings to face the Raghuvanshi princes...

He proclaims that they are the same brothers

who had destroyed Taadka and her army...

Who amongst you will be the first ?

The guru so sure of his shishyas questions...

The princes look around ...

Ever ready to follow their guru,s words...

spoken and unspoken...

weighing the present sabhajans..

King Janak and Sunaina feel life charging back

through their numbed bodies...

Ram looks around and his eyes fall on Sita..

the time stops...

Both are lost to the world...

Both equally beautiful and enticing...

lotus eyed and charming...

their beauty couldn't be described in mere words...

Ram stands mesmerized by Sita,s divine gentle beauty...

His eyes soak in her exquisite loveliness...

Her eyes have a message for him...

Her eyes have a plea in them...

they are beseeching him to hear her

unexpressed words of total devotion for him...

They communicate to him her prayers...

he is there for her...he has been hers since forever...

wont he accept her again for a divine reunion...

The kings fearful suddenly ,fall back on their thrones...

defeated by the aura of the two Raghuvanshis...

King Janak with his heart filled with great pain

lashes out at the kings...

What happened to your valor suddenly?

Why have you quietened now...

Moments ago you were degrading my daughter and

pointing fingers at me...

Why have you stopped...

You couldn't fulfill the conditions

so tried to change the rules just to satisfy your ego??...

Your actions were immoral...

Why cant you accept the harsh truth that

all cant achieve everything in life...

We all have our limitations...

None of you opposed Raavan as you lack in character...

I have to say there is no one in the whole of Aryavrat

who possess the strength to lift the divya dhanush...

Aryavrat lacks kings brave enough to lift the bow...

its empty of veers...

Laxman roars with anger ...

"king Janak!Your anger and feelings of dejection are justified

but you are wrong to say that Aryavrat is bereft of veers...

I am not aware of these kings' bravery

but I am sure there isn't anyone here like my brother

Who can match him in shaurya...

No one is even close to him..

you are denying him respect

by claiming no one can lift the dhanush...

Ram calls out Laxman's name to calm him down...

Laxman filled with immense pride for his brother and

aware of his skills urges Ram to lift the bow...

He was feeling agitated and wanted his brother

to prove his excellence to all...

Ram avichlit,calm and composed looks in silence...

This wasn't the war field where

he had to exhibit his warrior skills...

he wasn't the one to retaliate in anger...He was contemplating...

Sita wasn't a thing to be won over...

Her honour was at stake..King Janak's honour was at stake...

He was pondering over all the sensitive issues

which were more important than a thoughtless immediate reaction...

Ram doesn't move...

The shallow kings unable to accept their defeat and

stinging with shame challenge Ram to prove himself...

They laugh and taunt him...

You seem to be frightened even of the thought of lifting it...

Laxman with agitated feelings looks with hope towards Ram...

Ram was waiting for his guru's order to move...

He was foremost a disciple here...

awaiting his aadesh he waits with respect...

Vishvamitra knew the inevitable couldn't be stopped anymore...

It was time for destiny to manifest itself...

He asks Ram to tie the string and

to relieve Janak of all the accusations...

Moves the sincere disciple with sure steps ...

With utmost respect he replies that since

it was his order and since

it was essential for Janak and

his daughter's respect,

do it he would...

With respect he walks up to his guru ...

with folded hands and bowed head

takes his aashish...his blessings...

Guru looks with pride...

you have all my blessings Raghuveer...always...

With determination he takes sure steps and

reaches close to the divine bow...

With awe he looks at it...

takes a pheri around it...

expresses his feelings of respect towards the Shiva dhanush...

He closes his eyes seeking approval from the lord...

Shiva nods to bless him...

He leans ...eyes focused on the bow...filled with grit ...

He leans to caress the bow..

as if seeking its approval to be lifted...to be strung...

He flexes his fingers and holds it...he tightens his grip...

All watch in awe...their hearts beating fast in anticipation...

He lifts his eyes to Sita...

silently asking if she approved ...if she too wished it to happen...

Her eyes brimming with tears convey her wish...

She wished it ...it was their destiny taking shape...

With full faith in his actions Raghunandan

lifts the magnificent dhanusha over his head...And holds it there

All look in wonder...

His guru silently blesses him and expresses gratitude...

Ram looks at Sita...

silently asking if it met her approval...

if it was according to her wishes...

her eyes overflow with tears of immense joy...

It was their destiny...

taking shape as per their niyati...

With respect he holds the bow steady...

he leans down to hold the string..

He pulls the string...

taut and quivering it awaits to be

wrapped around the divine dhanusha...

He holds one end of the bow and bends it to string it...

With a thunderous noise the bow breaks in two...

All look in fear...

The earth shakes...

What had happened...

What a wonderful episode it was

Ashish was looking so good ..
His actions, body language everything were just Bang on!
He is living Ram to the fullest..

And Madi's expressions were beautiful beyond measured..

And your caps making the scene look even more magical 😳
