yes, i also agree with the TM. Karthik's accent obstructs me to connect with the character. Although he looks good as ravan, but dialogue delivery needs to be improved. Hope he will get better and better through each passing day. m sure his acting matched with perfect pronunciation will do wonders.

Yenna Ravana was from south of India and this actor is from south India.So it is more suitable.But in our subconscious mind Ravan shud be like Arvind Trivedi (Ramanand Sagar's Ramayan on doordarshan in eightys).So we feel unusual.But it shud b ok for us.

He sounds like Rajnikant :-) I too thought that they have done this on purpose ... given him a S.Indian accent I mean. They could have easily dubbed for him ... they are doing it for Madirakshi I guess.

For me his acting over weighs everything else...
I am loving him as Ravan..
But a bit more improvement in his diction will be good and he is already improving , we can see that in yesterday's episode 😊
