Hi ziva I’m having pain since last 8 months (it’s hell 🥺)

It doesn’t hurt when I’m resting when I walk for a long time then my lower back muscles are weak

8 months back it come al of sudden I went to the doctor he said to to carizon shot which I did it helps for 4 months then got again sep. my nerve doctor say go for therapy (which started helping have to watch for a call back to reschedule)

Doc. Says if the pain doesn’t go away I have to get Botox injections which relaxes the muscles

It’s to painful 😣
