Wow!! A very good post, i must say.. 👏👏👏
Yes, i agree that Sinndoor has gone a bit unrealistic, in the fact that many important characters have gone missing , all of sudden.. Even when the small kid Parth is lost, nobody in the family is tkaing the pain to search for the kid. No attempt is being made to search. Same thing with Uma. Uma is the mother of Ved and Nih, she was in coma. But nobody ever goes to the hospital to have a look at her... These are few things where the touch of reality is missing in the story line..
But, when i think about the positives, i would say that there has been some good realistic tracks too shown in Sinndoor. It will not be fair if i compare Sinndoor to any other serial and argue. But, there are many serials shown even today, where nothing shown is realistic.
While in few serials, the death of a main character is shown, they show that the family members dress up and behave as normally as ever, even if it means that it is harldy few days since the passing off of that character.. When we compare this to Sinndoor, we can say that Sinndoor has always shown the right balance of emotion and fun and happiness.
Story tracks like Dhruv marrying a mentally ill Ved just for his mother, to get back him mother's love was realistic enough.. Dhruv and Ved falling in love as days passed, was realistic enough. The change of shades to good and bad in both Ant and Nih's characters have definitely been good to watch.. They both always trying to score over another, has been convincing enough. Rudr coming into the Raizada family, to take revenge, then changing into a good son, after knowing the fact was really good.. The presumed death of Dhruv, the entry of Karan , the way in which the story evolved between Alisha, Karan, Dhruv and Ved was fine, there was nothing that was not realistic in it.. Raizada family going thro a sad phase, living in chawl was also portratyed very realistically. They having to struggle for every penny was indeed realistic. The pain, the agony, the suffering all went thro at that stage was rightly shown. The turning point where ant plans to get back everything thro Shivam was also good and interesting..The entry of Arpita into Raizada family was also acceptable, knowing the nature of Dhruv, knowing how emotional his character has always been.. The situations that force Dhruv to marry Arpita was again, acceptable, i would say, again, bcos of the soft, loving and emotional character that Dhruv has always been..
Yes, this is purely my viewpoint, anyone can feel free to argue and debate.. I am ready to do that. 😳I agree that few things were shown that were not realistic. But overall, i do feel that there are more unrealistic serials that are on air than Sinndoor, so i would not take away the credit from the good screenplay in Sinndoor, the great acting performance that all the stars in Sinndoor deliver each day.. So i would say that Sinndoor gets a grace mark from me as far as realistic story plots are concerned.. 😳
