When a woman marries a man, she also marries his family. The bahu must understand that she has to balance her professional life with her personal one, her pre-married life with her married one to be a good wife and bahu, especially if the entire family lives under the same roof.

One can't get by in life, and a marriage, without adjusting — Liz should live by this, once she marries Arun.
