Why is serial becoming so dirty?

Dont u ppl find that indian serial are becoming too dirty? in most of the serial the girls do get married to their bro in law, e.g, kyun ki saas, ganga marries gautam thn sahil n damini love karan marry gautam n here in sinndoor, nih marries ant thn have sexual relation with her bro in law, i.e, Rahul n finally marries Rudr who is her first husb bro.

does it really reflect indian mentality? Arent indian conservative?

I am from mauritius, hence wanted to know if india has changes so much that its competing with Western in bed???
