Pari says clearly that she didn't like the way Mishti changed herself for Veer.

Mishti herself realised she was not herself around Veer or his family. Happens to many women who think they are in love. They start believing love means adjusting and some women adjust way too much subconsciously to satisfy the guy. Pari felt that and that is why she said one day Mishti would stop adjusting and then the equation between her and Veer would change and trouble might come.

She showed her worst side to Ruhaan and he still loved her. If she had shown the same behaviour to Veer, there is no way he would have loved her. He would have just gone and found some other girl and not cared thought about her at all. He doesn't love her the way Ruhaan loves her. She feels very free around Ruhaan, but has to be careful around Veer. Obviously she would choose the guy she is comfortable with all the time, whatever her mood be.

Well said, she feels very free around Ruhaan. There are some situations which are with both Ruhan and Veer..After birthday fiasco when Veer was angry with her and left she was like running behind him and when he comes back to it was like again agreeing for whatever he said and herself suppressing the fact that she was upset too when he wasn't attending her calls for entire night and all. And when she felt that Ruhaan was not attending her calls she was like how dare he that he couldn't attend her call.. and when he returned she could demand him how can he do that to her and when he was saying that he would be leaving she was like she knows that he couldn't leave her...she behaved with Ruhaan how Choti Mishti used to behave with Ishaaan. Mishti and Veer like each other and respect each other and that's all about it.

I was quite surprised by Veer's lines when Mishti told him that she wants to break up and reason is there wasn't love. He was like then why did you brought this relationship until here...and him never showing anger to her even though he was angry with her and some thing like that... I just felt that's what he has been doing all along ... Like since she being different with him he has been feeling angry like he felt at that birthday party but since then he is controling his anger..and asking nicely to her what is it bothering her.So he has not been being understanding or whatever but only suppressing his anger and being normal. Veer was in love with Mishti for whom he is entire world. He was in love the way she was adjusting herself for him and like how he always says my life became so beautiful after she came into my life and all but he is not in love with the real Mishti.

Real Mihsti is someone who can be bossy at times like she was demanding Ruhaan and someone who can be so vulnerable like when she was requesting Ruhaan to not leave her.. some one who can be selfless like how she was saving the kid and Mom in riots putting her own life at stake.. some one who can be selfish to prioritize her love when she realized her true love and many more... And I know whenever Veer sees one of her side he will be like I don't know this Mishti.. and won't be that interested know this Mishti rather he will want his Mishti who is confident decision making and committed and whose world is Veer all the time. I mean one can't be confident all the time and it has to be the partner who should be able to handle vulnerable side of a confident person.

and bs karo mishti ki bashing...had hai pehle bolte the ki mishti ko toh break up kar lena chahiye..she should not cheat veer...jab madam ne kar liya break up...ab inko chahiye ki woh veer se sympathize kare...are break up karne ke baad koi aisa karta hai kya...move on with ur life...ab mishti poora din roti rhe...😕 thoda bura feel toh hua use..ab usse zyada nhi kar sakti woh...overacting ho jayegi....i liked the way she did the breakup...usne calmly bta diya veer ko...

She did not give him the opportunity to react ro those sides of her though. She seemed happy to be with him until she found Ruhaan. If they showed it as Mishti “revealing her real side” to Veer and him leaving her, none of us would have this question. But at this point, its all only speculation as to how he would have potentially reacted.

But my answer to the original question is- Because she did not love or even respect Veer so she obviously shouldn’t be with him.

Ok Veer was shown discussing with his mom that how Mishti is being different like she looks like she is not confident .. and looked like as if she is scared of small things and crying frequently and all.. He was saying that this is not the Mishti he has choosen to marry or fallen for something like that.. We viewers know that Mishti problem is she started to having feelings for Ruhaan which is disturbing her but Veer the character didn't know this..As per him Mishti is not just being confident and reason could be anything.. Him being disappointed and saying that this is not his Mishti...I don't know I felt that he was supposed to be concerned for her than being disappointed for a different side of her and him being not her whole world.. How about he treating her as his whole world when he is expecting her to be.. Actually Mishti satrted to doubt her love when she expected him to understand her in that birthday party thing but he is not being with her.. I am not saying he has to take her side when she is wrong but how about him being with her and guiding her/showing her or handling her emotions.. Isn't it is what a partner supposed to do?.. Isn't it is what Ruhaan did.. Ruhaan told her he knows her when she told that she was not like that (regarding her unreasonable anger) and then again he informed her how she could have better deal the situation of Ansh and Pari then again left it to her own choice... Mishti has choosen a handsome, well settled, good and decent guy as a partner and has been thinking that she is loving him by doing things which can make him happy.. Veer has choosen a confident , perfect well mannered and family oriented girl and has been loving her or making her feel special or whatsoever... And If Veer had been being nice and doing things for her Mishti was too doing.. It's not that she used him. It's only that Mihti has realized that what it was ther between them was not love where as Veer hasn't .. he has been being disappointed to see Mishti who is not being the girl he has choosen for him and now when she break up he is being disappointed / upset ..It might have been never said by Mishti to Veer just cause she respects him and doesn't want to hurt him.. but she never felt she was loved by him.. it's in her monologue.And she tried to take it entire blame by saying that it is her mistake for not being able to love him.

Though it's been being said by Mishti that she realized that she has not been in love with Veer.. it's about Mishveer not being in love. If what she had been doing for him was not love but just liking and all then what he had been doing for her too was same.. He was not in love with her but just loving her since she is loving him.. If it was Mishti's mistake of being in a image for Veer which can made him like her... Then he too has been doing that .. he himself said that at their break up that he has been trying to be nice with her even though many times her behaviour caused him anger.. He isn't that sorted out either but just being in a image of sorted out guy.. And Mishveer not being in love with each other is answer for why not Veer?

That’s right off course in real life too. Being sarvguna Sampanna does not guarantee love in any way. Girls can fall for less perfect guys . I would hate to fall for a sarva Guna sampanna guy because that’s not my choice. I would prefer a flawed human being who understands me and whom I can connect with because I am not perfect myself and don’t want to be either.
