Arnav is the Omega male who chooses not to have a role in all this complicated mess. The best for Mishti is to have a Gamma male like Ishaan, who was the best of both worlds. Kunal was her biological father, though, and he was a qasi-alpha who was actually very, very Beta. So no wonder she is first went for qasi-Alpha Veer and now falling for the Classic beta Ruhaan.
