And the first narrative dominates the second. Veer is definitely a decent person who could take a stand for a friend when he is not at fault but being balmed. But what Veer has done was quite exaggerated like Veer has taken a stand over Mishti. When he reacting in that way was more cause of Mishti is behaving impulsive, which he hasn't expected from her.
Just for an example, Ruhaan hitting the guy who misbehaved with Pari situation. There are two reasons too. Ruhaan is concerned for Pari and Ruhaan was effected by Mishti for blaming him for that situation.Later one dominates there. It's cause Ruhaan feelings for Mishti were intense ,which triggered him more. If I go back to Veer again, Veer's disappointment for Mishti was more intense than Veer's concern for Ruhaan.
Ruhaan and Veer was shown like any two casual friends, like those friends who came to Misgti's birthday party. Then can we spare Ruhaan from blaming that how much Veer has done for him but Ruhaan hasn't done anything
The thing here is that you maybe like Mishaan so when you watch Veer, you want to find reasons to prove that he is not good enough for Mishti, this is human nature.
I don't like Ruhaan and I am indifferent to Mishaan, Mishti and Veer
I don't know why you want to prove that Veer didn't do anything for Ruhaan when in fact it was only Veer who thought about Ruhaan and took a stand for him, against a girl he loves.
Mishti was rude to Ruhaan in the party too, did Veer leave as soon as Mishti's real came out? No, he told her the truth, he tried to make her understand that Ruhaan wasn't wrong, even there he took stand for Ruhaan, then he went to Ruhaan to see if he is OK. After he came back Mishti threw Ruhaan's bag outside, accused Ruhaan of giving her brother cigarettes, is that a small accusation? This was when Veer was upset, Ruhaan was living in Malhotra house on Veer's suggestions so in a way Veer is responsible for Ruhaan too, he has to make sure that his friend is treated with utmost respect but he was asked to leave in the worst way possible, and Mishti did it.
Take Ansh's smoking for example, it was a bad thing agreed? Ansh was wrong and Mishti slapped him, so are we going to say that Mishti can't tolerate her brother's new face? It's not a new face, Ansh is wrong and Mishti was wrong too. It's as simple as that, the difference is that Mishti and Ansh live together but Veer could leave, he didn't break his engagement, he even felt bad for not picking her phone calls, if he couldn't take her new face, why would he even think about picking up her calls?
About Ruhaan, it's obviously not ONLY for Ruhaan but Ruhaan was the reason for it, because Veer said it, it's a web show, they gave him dialogues to say and he did say it. We have to go by what they are showing. Veer said in precap that "Ruhaan is already a part of my world and Mishti will be a part of my world", you see people don't put casual friend and wife in same place, so Ruhaan is definitely not a casual friend although friendship is one sided from Veer's side, there's nothing from Ruhaan's side.
About PG thing, these days kids don't live with their parents, everyone wants freedom and maybe Ruhaan did not want to live in Veer's house for free, and Veer obviously won't take money from him. Like I don't buy things from my uncle's shop because he won't take money from me and I can't take things for free, no matter how close one gets money is better kept away from relationships.
