Ok, is S2 trying to show that attractions can happen but u need not act on it?
Ruhaan May be in love or fall in love but mishti need not reciprocate. And may be makers are trying to show that attractions happens but it's how u act on it matters.

I think this season is about a lot of things but the main thing is safety vs change. Ruhaan has brought a wave of change to Pari and Mishtis life. A change that they're resistant to (Mishti is obviously more reistant than Pari). For Pari, Ruhaan has changed her stance on commitment and for Mishti, he's challenging her feelings towards Veer. Mishti will likely realize she loves Veer but isn't IN LOVE with him.
