When Ishaan hired Mehek as head chef for his restaurant, he had said that he owns multiple restaurants, I don't know the exact number and I remember Ishaan had introduced himself as a hotelier to someone.

If there were restaurants, why would they sell it to start an event management company? I don't think it's difficult to run it. They could have shown Mishti working in Ishaan's place, it's not like she has to cook

What if Mishti was 12-14 when Ishaan died??? We don't know anything right.

If Mishti was 12-14 when Ishaan died then who was running the house till Mishti grew up old enough to feed people in her house? What court will give a 12 year old custody of her younger brother? Because it was said that because Sandhya didn't want Radhika in the house, Mishti rebelled and Ansh went along with her.

Look at things subjectively Radhika is not related to Mauli, but Ishaan's parents are legally related to Ansh and because Ishaan adopted Mishti, they are legally Mishti's grandparents as well, so why would they give away their money and kids to Radhika? Even if Ishaan had left something in Ansh's name, it won't go to him before he is 18.

There is a possibility that owner of restaurant was Ishaan's father, and mauhaan decided that Radhika will be the guardian for Mishti and Ansh. Ishaan's father didn't give kids, what was rightfully their. It's likely that everyone lived off of kunal and Mauli's earnings.

I don't think Radhika would sell Ishaan's restaurants, that seems way too farfetched as she had no power to do it.

Who was running the house till they turned 18 ? That's what I mentioned right. Ishaan might have appointed Radhika as the legal guardian in his will to handle money till Mishti turned 18. And the money to be spent on Mishti and AnSh. How do we know Ishaan s parents didn't die before him ???


That can be the reason why the kids came to live with Radhika after Mauhaan death.

Ishaan might have had a higher trust factor on Radhika than his other surviving relatives after his parents death. And Mauli at least didn't die penniless.

Same goes for Pari, no?

First of all you don't "appoint" people as legal guardian, you can nominate them, it was upto Radhika to accept or reject it. Legal guardian has to guard the money, she cannot sell restaurants, she can't make permanent decisions
