Actually now that I think about it, Mauli was saying her interpretation of the dialogues Kunal told her during his EMA. Kunal never told her he never loved her, but Mauli took it that way.

So everything Mauli told Kunal is what she believes he meant back then. How sad. The whole time she believed Kunal's love for her was a lie. 😭

@bold- YES. She just spoke his dialogues out to him and they drew the parallels with his flashbacks to help him remember thinks. Mauli was doing what the doctor told him to do
