Mauli checks the message. Kunal is watching her suspiciously. He asks if everything is okay, and asks whose message it is. Mauli says it's today's appointment list, and it's an emergency so I have to go quickly. Kunal fake smiles and says okay.

Once Mauli leaves, he says, "Emergency wali situation toh vaaki mein hai. What's happening Mauli?"

Ishaan and kids scene. Ishaan remembering Sweety's words about her not saying ILU to him.

Mishti screaming Popsie, Pari saying Ishaan uncle. They yell it a few times until he hears. Mishti asks why he isn't coming with them.

Ishaan says I have some important work, you two go.

Pari says Ishaan uncle, we're the most important work in your life!

Ishaan says this work I have to do for you two.

They're going to the movies with the maid. Ishaan asks her to watch them every second. The kids leave with maid.

Ishaan's monologue: Today's day is very difficult for me Mauli. I don't know if I can do this or not, but I have to do this because this is right. I know you love Kunal, yaar. It took me long to realize this, but I understand now that between the two of us, your choice will be very difficult. I will free you from this kashmakash. I will go far away from your life. Mauli still at M house and says to herself, "Oh God, it's been so long and I haven't been able to talk to him properly... I have to get rid of these misunderstandings, I've hurt him a lot of times... now it won't happen anymore..."

As she's leaving, Rads asks her to have breakfast. Mauli says no it's an important work, I'll eat there. Kunal watching suspiciously.

Kunal thinking: I don't know who sent the message. Finding that out is not important. What is important is finding out if that message is more important than me.

Kunal goes after Mauli as she's leaving.

Kunal says: Mauli my head! My head is hurting a lot! Mauli please do something. I can't take this pain!

Mauli says: Kunal what happened? Sit down. Promila bring the medicine box.

Kunal asks her to stay with him. All looking worries.

Mauli says you'll get better soon. She gives him meds and water.

Mauli takes Kunal to the room. He wraps his arm around her. She says you'll get better soon, don't worry.

She puts him on the bed and gets him to rest. Covers him with blanket. She strokes his head and says rest.

He holds her hand and says don't go anywhere.

Mauli says I'm right here and continues to hold his hand while looking at him.

After some time, Mauli removes her hand from Kunal's gently. She slowly gets up and sneaks out. Kunal's eyes open.

Mauli gets to Ishaan's place.

Mauli: Ishaan I'm really sorry ya, I was coming to see you yesterday but don't know how Kunal came there. I didn't know what to tell him. Ishaan I never wanted to hurt you, but don't know what's happening. Please don't misunderstand me. I'm really sorry.

Ishaan hugs Mauli. It's the precap scene. Kunal's claps.

Mauhaan break the hug. They look at him shocked. Kunal looks really hurt.

Scene changes to Dida yelling for Radhika.

Dida: Puttar, make something meetha today, make halwa.

Rads says: Your sugar level is on the border!

Dida says it's shagun ka halwa.

Rads asks what shagun?

Dida says today I'm going to talk to Mauli about her and Kunal's dobara sa shaadi. Pandit ji will come too.

Rads shocked.
