Because:

1.) I am sure Ishaan already knows. Why is there a floating assumption that he doesn't know?!

2.) In endometriosis, you can conceive, it is just harder to conceive compared to the average fertile female. The report said she will have complications, and in real life I can tell you that women with endometriosis can indeed have children, they just have high risk pregnancies.

If anything this is setting up the storyline for Season 2 that Mauli dies while giving birth to a MauHaan baby.

1.) Show is probably ending March 1st and not this Friday. Today's scenes were shot Feb. 8th and tomorrow's scenes were shot Feb. 16th (last day of shooting) which means they have a bank.

2.) Mauli - I can understand her feelings. Its hard getting over your first love, and especially when there is an illusion that things can go back to the way they are supposed to be. We can't judge her or hate on her for making choices that may be different than ours. Like yourself, I too would get over a cheating ex real quick. But that's us and doesn't mean Mauli will be like us, especially since she loves people with every ounce of love in her.

My biggest thing though, is that at the end she should accept Ishaan and whole heartedly love him. I mean who wouldn't want to.

3.) She herself is angry/upset with herself, you could tell, when she was apologizing to Ishaan. She herself is wondering what her issue is, what is wrong with her. Frankly we don't need to judge her. She is judging herself. She is harsh on herself.

That is what was so pure about today's episode. Ishaan told Mauli not to worry about it, and prioritized her, meanwhile she prioritized Ishaan, felt super bad, and tomorrow gets him gifts to make up for it.

That is exactly why I cannot sh** on Mauli, because she herself is hard on herself, she herself is trying to decipher her feelings, she herself is trying to make everything up to Ishaan, she herself is angry and disappointed and hard on herself. She finally had a much needed introspective moment today and to be honest, she deserves it. She needs to sit down and put deep thought into who she wants to be. It's like she herself is judging herself for being attracted to Kunal and not being to love Ishaan wholly. She's not walking around with 0 EQ and unaware of hurting our sweet Ishaan.

She won't disappoint us. I know the fandom is disappointed with her, mad at her, some even hate her at this point, so as PW says I will let Mauli's character sketch defend itself.
