But it just seems odd that Kunal at the last minute came back (yes came back because he had no heartbeat so he basically dead) through Mauli's prayers. So Mauli brought him back and then he literally grabbed on to Mauli. Then the first thing Pari says is he didn't go to Nandini? Even though I don't trust the writers I don't know how it can be accidental. They did a Kunal choosing between Mauli (life) and Nandini (death)
