So agree with you here. Why marriage is the only option to prove that you have moved on. Mauli is not ready for marriage nor love at this point of time. She is doing it as a reaction to Kunal which is not right nor healthy for her as well as her family. She is not happy and is very disturbed and that is going to come across, how much ever she tries to pretend otherwise. Her behavior with Mishti when she thought that she is getting close to Kunal was right but still wrong because this shows that Kunal still affect her and she is scared. She needs to first come to a better frame of mind and for that she needs to accepts Kunal betrayal, come in terms with it and then only she can actually move forward. I actually think at this point of time, she needs to stay alone. If she wants to accept a man in her life, it should be when she is fully ready, not as an option nor a reaction. Right now its a compromise, and she is at a stage where she does not need to do it even for her daughter.
