Well said! 👏I'm with the minority in this thread. I feel the show is wonderfully balanced right now.As for the Mishti - Mauli scene, it was very realistic. Mauli was visibly upset and those insecurities are very much something every working mom goes through - even with a fully functional husband. The scene ended very well. It didn't take much to convince Mishti once she was off her bad mood. She was immediately defending her mother, and Ishaan was very impressed with how quickly she handled herself. There didn't seem to be anything more to that scene.Kunal is a paediatrician and Mauli is gynaecologist. Any day her job is more trying than his. Kunal was a bad husband to Mauli . That doesn't mean he has to be a bad father. He has stayed loyal to Nandini. What they both did to Mauli was bad, but the writers are not giving them out as black characters. They are grey. There doesn't seem to be any glorification there. The question the viewer should ask is, how or why did a good son and father turn out to be a heartless husband. Obviously, it was not Mauli's fault. So, where did Kunal go wrong and when will he realise that? All we want is for him to understand how much he hurt Mauli and more importantly how his jazbaat deprived his daughter of a father's love. The focus is more on Mishti here, than Pari. Mishti bravely covers up a lot, but deep down she is very sad- and the reason is not her mother.
