TBH I will take dumb Mauli over Mauli getting pregnant at this moment.

I am just assuming things because by show's own logic after affair MauNal never shared any intimacy and Mauli was on protection till they had intimacy so it just don't go at all. Yes if they show any flashback scene of them having intimacy with Kunal sleeping with Mauli before she got to know about the affair it's possible. Then I really want Mauli to keep this baby. A woman can be a single mother too.

what if dida bribed this doc too lol also im assuming the previous night mauli got drunk so she is hungover or this a new day. The way they have shown i cant believe since mauli got her IUD removed she and kunal have not been intimate coz he was fully in divine love mode by then lol

Lmao, what am i hearing? bhaiya sleeps with one and another one getting pregnant! Now nandini will say that you cheated on me, her only 'innocent' love will be again snatched. All this while, bhaiya and mauli be like- apne beech kabhi kuch nahi hua toh haila yeh kaise?. I don't know if it makes sense but maybe they consummate before kunan and reaction in the body is late 🤣. But i actually wasn't expecting that because this will make mauli to live forcefully with kunal and thus she will get hurt. Or maybe, dida again mixed some sort of drug to show symptoms of being pregnant.
