I don't recall watching such pathetic leads in any show. Even Gopi bahu was far better, Maya was class apart (if she was evil then she was non-apologetic too). Every single villain I have watched was much better than the so called leads of this show.

Only DSDT leads come close to them but even they came close to it much later.

Nandini offering to be a life-long mistress today.

Kunal lying about how he fought for her with the while world when in reality he couldn't even fight his own family for her.

Just to make them politically correct or what they call grey or flawed, writers ended up screwing them beyond repair. They aren't even grey.

Grey is Deep Raichand from IMMJ (despite all his evil doings, he still comes in grey category).

My definition of flawed is Kashaf Murtaza, Sonakshi Bose, Swadheenta Ramakrishnan, Ishwari Dixit, Nazneen Khan (POW), Dadisaa from BV, Mauli and so many others. All of these characters despite being leads were flawed and conflic ted in their own ways.

And channel promoted the show with them in the first place.

In fact I even ve an issue with the usage of the word LEADS for these 2 characters. Trash or Garbage will be the apt word!

yes these characters are very badly written.. i think both actors are also confused how to behave.. like what expression and what intensity to show.. whether to keep it mild or aggravate things..

poor characterization affects acting also..

aditi is very clear about her role so she is shining like a bright star in the show. whereas i find shakti a bit confused when it comes to show love to nandini.. he behaves as a lover boy . i know this is not his fault but he should keep it mild when it comes to nandini.. kunal gives the feeling of a school boy..

grey whitr black all are fine.. but there should be some characteristics of a character. both K and N seem contradictory to me in this show.. ek nandiniji -bolte kuch hain karti kuch hain. ek kunalji - aise karte hain k samaj nhi aata kaise kr lete hain..

Why do U have to see them as leads.see them as commoners with flaws...I do feel sick with the extramarital affairs idea but at the end they are actors and what they are doing is a commendable work.not every human has a spine.they come with their own flaws...I just love Aditi in this show..of the three she impressed me a looot as mauli

The leads shouldn't make u feel like there's creepy crawlers on your skin unless the characters are all out negative but they happen to be disgusting and cringe worthy to a different level altogether!
Like you wanna bang your head somewhere after watching them! The makers should've been honest with themselves and if they had the ability to make a show like this but no they've made a shit show!
Like instead of giving us a mature EMA story, they've presented us with idiots who have no idea about anything at all! How can they expect us to feel for characters who thrive on lust and don't feel for anyone besides themselves! Like how????

Worst couple award goes to dead frozen charisma Mauli and kunal, if someone wants to people wresling and saying chessy word to each other like kunal and mauli used to do, you might as well watch tom and jerry they have far greater charisma than kunal and Mauli even they beated me and my my bubble gum sundae.

Couldn't make out most of what you have written here about Charisma, bubblegum, ice cream, spitting & what not. At least use punctuation & grammar properly mate.

Little thing, I could figure out was that "People want Mauli-Kunal together". OK, I am travelling in Hunger Games Dystopian Universe now. I will catch you up when I visit the real Universe, but till now, I am yet to find people in this forum rooting for Kunal-Mauli. It's a different story if you have been visiting a different Silsila forum.

And couples fighting in humorous ways make them siblings. OK, I get it. Only intense fights with melodrama make up for a couple, otherwise they would be siblings. A lot of Chinese-Korean shows would fail by that logic, since for a hot couple with all the intense passion, their kissing is simply bad. (At least smooches should be proper). 😉

Logic (and correct grammar) would be appreciated if there is any but I guess it is too much to ask.

Not all couple work on charisma. There is something called compatibility. The only compatibility between Nandini and Kunal is both are losers and want physical intimacy. He only sees her beauty and she only sees fake heroism. That is all is between your favourite couple.
So yes I agree I want Kunal to be together and mauli free from this toxicity
