Hey guys.. After watching this serial i am just wondering, is it easy to fall out of love of many years??

Not about this serial but just asking in general.. We know EMA happen in real life as well but what will be the mentality behind it.. After 10 years of marriage suddenly some one realise he/she dont love their partner. Many times that partner maybe not even in fault so why he/she should suffer?

Just trying to understand what is the psychology behind this? Why someone what to do EMA ? How they easily fall out of love?

It is not morally ethically accepted by the society but how their self conscious allow them to do this?

My particular observation is that marriages don't fall in a day, it takes a lot of emotional cheating for a marriage to fall. Normally physical cheating is so talked about no one talks about emotional cheating.

One has to be unhappy in a marriage on some level to cheat. That was not a case with Kunal.

Kunal getting swayed in juzzbat even when his marriage which was very healthy from all aspects (he wasn't in a forced marriage, it didn't reach stalemate phase, he wasn't deprived of marital excitement, he wasn't a casual cheater or playboy) was a bit unrealistic for me.

Kunal had everything & still the guy cheated not just momentarily but he covered a very long journey in this.

Some people just cheat without excuse. Kunal is one of them.

Nooo...after being together for so many years happily they won't.. may b if they r not happy in their marriage people may try to find some other partner ...r a man who s too lusty n wants variety of women may do ..no idea..I myself s married for seven years n with each passing day the bondage becomes stronger ...the partner becomes our necessary for both of them ...here the director failed completely by not giving a very strong reason for Kunal to move out of marriage...I m here spking abt Kunal coz he was d closest person to mauli n he widout any reason hurt her so badly ..dats y people r not able to connect to him n hating him ...if he would have some reason people would have accepted him..he was so happy with mauli then no nanga dance can make him come out of marriage...

I think it happens in real life when a couple loses track of there own bonding being busy in there ownselves..

Where one person thinks he or she is giving more to the relationship without any acknowledgement from the other...

For men it happens .. when women become too busy with children failing to understand that as a parent it his job to help her out as well...

For women it happens when they feel under appreciated for there efforts and they start getting that attention from else where..

Although both are wrong.. if some one feels suffocated in a relationship they need to get out of it.. before getting into another one.

Nope.. If the relationship where so much love and understanding like they have shown in kunal mauli never would they grow apart like in show..

marriage is not about physical relation alone.. its about mutual understanding and support and adjustments.. which kunal and mauli had in abundance..

With nandini he had only a physical attraction and sympathy..

In true sense if you and your husbands loved and supported each other your relation strengthen over the years.. I can vouch on that!

The truth isn't that they fall out of love with their partner. In the case of men, they either get bored of their partner and hence want to seek sex outside marriage because they've already done everything with their partner that they feel there is no excitement left, but then you have men whom the moment they see someone who peeks their sexual interest, sexual interest and love for their partner takes a back seat. Men simply get bored of sex with the same partner after a while.

Even i keep feeling that only physical attraction and mostly sympathy towards Nandini are the reasons he cheated on Mauli. I don't see love for Nandini from Kunal, but I've only felt he was attracted to her because of her looks and dressing in saris as well as feeling sorry and protective of her.
