just a small clarification..

having sex with wife forcibly is not rape according to Indian penal code..

so rajdeep is not rapist as per Indian penal code..so stop calling him rapist..

marital rape is legal in India but thats still is a RAPE and He is a RAPIST.

In that episode Police arrested him becz Nandini has already filed divorce .he cant force her to do so acc 2 indian law

Both are equally life destroying.

Emotionally also.

A strong person can come strong after being cheated.

Get married to someone else.

Not the same with rape victim.

Even they try to come strong.

Chances of their life becoming better

and finding a life partner is very thin.

Rape cannot be compared to cheating.

And with that logic of consent, it is OK for siblings, father-daughter, mother-son to have sex, as long as there is mutual consent for that between the two. And don't tell me that doesn't happen, since incest is a very real issue all around the world which is terribly frowned upon. Even in GOT, Rome, Bates Motel, it was a heavily frowned upon concept.

Stop using the word Consent so loosely. Consent isn't excuse for wrong and immoral act. Consent in indebritated state is not considered valid in the court, why Not? It's a consent afterall right? Consent of a mentally ill patient, child are not even considered legal in any art of the world, why Not?

Just because two peope consent to do anything doesn't mean, it automatically makes it right or is justified since there was consent after all.

Yes ...thats true.

The thing is it is sad.

Some woman used to always blame husband for rape.

Therefore supreme court changed it into No rape by husband
