Right now seeing the current scenario of the show there are mixed feelings which I did observe reading a few posts in this forum...

Also saw a post regarding some TRP drop...Now given such circumstances what would happen if a Character like 'Maan Singh Khurana' enters into the picture??

I know majority of DD fans know him...But why I chose him and not other leads with whom she was paired with has to do with two reasons..

1. Maan is completely everything what Kunal is not. (He was definitely a trend setter character on indian tv)
2. I found extremely similar scenes put into Silsila which we've witnessed nearly 8 years ago in GHSP(the similarity of some key scenes are just insane)

[For those who doesn't know what Maan's CS is like - He is the MD of a construction company!! He was cheated & stayed alone due to his GF's betrayal. Later fell in love with a simple girl abandoned by her family, became the reason why she grew independent. She pulled him back from his depression, became the smile of his life.

He's reserved, calculative, chivalrous.

Definitely had his own flaws but beautifully overcame his flaws. Topmost he was everything what Kunal is totally opposite of. Meaning - The epitome of Maan's character was his loyalty!!]

So now coming to the main question, Maybe the cvs has other plans but even if hypothetically, what if a strong main lead male enters the show and becomes the reason of realization for Kunal & Nandini?? Would you want him for Nandini or Mauli??

For me loyalty is of utmost importance and Maan was loyal to a fault...so he's everything Mauli deserves...

1. Nandini- She was similar to Geet in her upbringing I guess.. Had such a character entered her life after her miscarriage, it would have been nice.. But again agar waise hota to geet aur silsila mai farak kya reh jaata?? Actors v same ho gaye..

In last episodes, they have shown so many changes in Nandini's character that there is like no more similarity left.. And what would exactly a character like Maan do to help her?? She is lost in her own world and own juzbaat.. She has chosen her own path with someone else claiming to love him.. So, where is the scope of Maan??

2. Mauli- Well currently the girl is in her own world where she believes she would make everything right whereas everything around her is falling apart at a fast pace.. The day she knows everything, she will be a wreck..

But will someone like Maan be able to rescue her?? No, she needs to rescue herself..

It would be completely unbelievable to trust someone within few days when people she had known for years have betrayed her recently.. Someone like Maan may wait and lend support as a friend or counsellor till she is able to revive herself before any romantic interests prop up...

You said a character like Maan will help in K N realisation.. Well what more they need to realise??

Nandini has already chosen Kunal. She didn't even meet many men. I am not saying go meet men immediately after what happened to her but by the state of her she must have been distance from men for a long time. If she has given time and choose to first get separated from rajdeep's clutches and then build her life and see what life may give her. May be she would have got a person like maan or somewhere much better than kunal. She ruined her life again by giving into these feelings.
Coming to mouli I think this is going to be the best thing happened to her. How else would this spineless man's true face would come out in open. She is the one who need to get(not necessarily) a good loyal loving and caring person like herself.
