Kunal's eyes are fixed at front. He leads the way knowing it's just the beginning . There's still miles ahead of them. The struggle has just begun.
Nandini is mesmerized by Kunal. He holds her hand to lead her towards a new life and new journey and Nandini walks spellbound behind him. She is dazed.
Kunal's grace and acceptance has made her moved. He had taken the full responsibility of loving her and that is something big for Nandini. Nobody ever loved or made her feel at home. So this new experience and emotion is something she can only behold with her heart.
They walk to Nandini's home still hand in hand. When they were infront the door Kunal still had not left her hand. It's like Kunal is scared of letting her go. He believes the moment he leaves his hold Nandini will hide from his eyes forever. So like an afraid child he doesn't allow her to take away her hands the entire time. The moment he realises he leaves her.
But Nandini is still not herself yet. She is not entirely out of the moment. She is in trance. And like always Kunal understands her situation without her having told and grasps the key from her hand and opens the door for her.
He moves inside and Nandini follows him. It's like a new beginning for them. A sort of Griha Pravesh.
Once inside Nandini falters and stirs in awkward silence. Kunal observes her from behind and is amused at her behaviour. He well gets what is exactly Nandini's state of mind at the moment. Hence to ease matters between them and Silence the awkwardness, to make her feel the emotions, Kunal takes charge of the situation. He calls Nandini's name and spreads his hands and welcomes her to his arms.
This time Nandini doesn't hesitate. She walks into him and they hug eachother. It's a beautiful embrace as Kunal leaves room for her to breathe and they both share a comfortable moment. There's no Passion neither it's a tight hug. It's a most gentle contact of assurance and love. A soft cocoon for resting their feelings and cherishing them to their heart's content.
Kunal makes a special tea for Nandini as a gift and they both enjoy drinking it while living the moment. It's a rare occasion and they delve into it.
Kunal finds Mauli's missed calls and states his inability to stay any longer.( Good to see he has not forgotten Mauli and is aware of his responcibility.) Nandini doesn't object. But as Kunal prepares to go he couldn't mount up the courage to leave with the face of a sad Nandini. With the confession just having happened the moment is still raw in his heart and so Kunal finds it impossible to leave Nandini with a forlorn face. He immediately asks if one hour would suffice and decides to stay back.
Unlike Rajdeep, Kunal knows how to bring smile on Nandini's face. He asks for having some Kheer, elated and happy Nandini bounces to the kitchen to prepare for him.
Whereas Mauli keeps trying Kunal's number and unable to reach him she feels down and sad. But she tells herself Kunal must be busy in his conference . She is also disturbed as to why everything regarding their life and future is not falling into place like she had planned. With a morose face she sits while the photoframe falls and Mauli's heart skips a beat. Even while applying the Sindoor it falls and scatters. Mauli collects it and with a heavy heart wears the Sindoor in her mang.
All the recent signs are indicating a bad Omen and Mauli feels scared. Her heart sinks and she feels deeply troubled but like always being optimistic she gathers herself and sets for the day with new energy and hope.
As she sits in the car unaware of everything Mauli decides to give surprise to Nandini.
While Nandini makes the preparation Kunal gazes at her every move wih amazed eyes. He smells the Kheer praising Nandini and goes to freshen up.
Nandini serves the Kheer on the plate and turns only to find Mauli infront her. The happy bubble she was in bursts the moment she sees her.
Astonishment clear on her face, she stares open mouthed at Mauli. Nandini is in fear. She had never expected Mauli. With bated breath she keeps looking at the way Kunal had gone.
Mauli profess her happiness at coming to her. The moment she steps infront Nandini her mood lights up and she feels she ought to have done that before instead of being morose.
How ironic! The one she things will erase her sadness is going to be the very reason of her unhappiness. đ
The sight of the Kheer delights Mauli and she ejaculates how happy Kunal would have been to see the Kheer! It's his favourite. Just then the flash noise comes and when asked by a surprising Mauli , Nandini tries to cover it up with a lie.
Kunal walks in from the washroom at that very instant and again Nandini had to handle the situation tactfully. Which lets Kunal buy some time and Nandini does her best to shift Mauli's attention and move her to the bedroom.
It was quick and very clever of Namdini to try to tackle n hide things the way she did. But at the same time I couldn't help but think how wrong it is. Loving someone is not wrong I will repeat but deceiving someone is and Nandini n Kunal are deceiving Mauli. Once you start to do things with hidden intentions you have to tell lie in each n every step which is what Nandini has to do now. It is sad. I don't want Nandini to stoop low where she had to tell lies because she loves a man. Kunal too shouldn't engage in this deception. It's a Sin.
Moreover I don't want Nandini to be that other woman. 'Bahar ki aurat' or the 'other woman' is the nametag one receives in an extramarital affair and that's something highly insulting for a girl or for any girl. Hence i certainly dont want that tag for Nandini. Afteral she is a good soul and a lovely n kind human being. She doesn't deserve to be a second woman to someone.
In spite of knowing the circumstances I feel angry at Kunal. Why did he couldn't let Nandini go? Why not let her build her own identity n find her own soulmate who will not only love but also bring her respect? Because Kunal will never be able to give her recognition . Will he? No.
Atleast i dont think he will. If he does it's good.
He will never be able to gather courage to tell Mauli the truth like Surabhi pointed out. Kunal will always hide his n Nandini's relationship from the world. And where does that leave Nandini? Badnami toh humashe ladki ki hi hoti hey. Kia karega Kunal taab? Kis kis ka muh bandh karega woh? Aur kaab tak?
Their love will be pure as long as they dont tell lies for it and dont try to hide behind it. When they do that it will start to be a real Sin.
Maybe because as a person I expect a lot from Kunal, hence i don't want to see him making poor decisions.
If he doesn't Nandini should make him see sense. But sadly Kunal leads the way as Nandini is the follower. Kunal has power over matters more than Nandini. But it's important for Nandini to voice her opinion and state what is just.
It's time Kunal should tell Mauli everything. If he could dare to love he should have the guts to tell the truth too.
I understand the reason for Kunal to hide from Mauli as he can't explain the cause of his appearance in Nandini's flat. But hereafter he should tell no more lies to Mauli.
Precap is engaging! Mauli finds the letter. Wonder what will she conclude out of it. Kunal Nandini on the other hand are hiding their relation. Sadness on their faces. But the kind of love they are in they have no choice. I wish they leave the lies behind. :(
