I don't know how many of you have watched movie- Nishabd, starring Amitabh Bachchan, Jiah Khan. That movies was one hell of a controversial movie at that time, especially because AB's character fell for a girl of his own daughter's age.
I find a lot of similarities in that movie and SBRK, especially in the male's character of AB and Kunal here. There Jiah was AB's daughter's BF. Nandini is Mauli's BF.
But there Jiah was a clearly a spoiled brat and Nandini is a sensible girl with a painful past.
Even there no one could clearly comprehend AB's character just like here we can't comprehend Kunal's character.
Jiah's character too was beyond analysis, here Nandini still can be analyzed to some extent.
But in the movie, makers didn't attempt to make it a destiny, true love thing; here makers are hell bent on romanticizing and true destiny thing to this thing.
I don't know but the movie and this show have the same basic storyline.
