I had posted this on a different thread but thought of creating a new topic based on a request from a dear member.

Nandini does not seem to be a person who can have feelings just for anyone. First time she must have felt something was for Rajdeep and he must have killed them immediately. I also don't think she had any feelings for Manas who was crazy about her. So technically Kunal would be her first love.

I think the very first time she was impressed with Kunal, was when he treated her and gave her advice. At that time, she did not know he was Mauli husband but she was still attracted to his goodness. Even Rajdeep commented on it. Once she knew, he is Mauli husband, he became untouchable in her mind. But Kunal was the first person who showed her, how a husband should treat ones wife, as the only men she knew were Rajdeep and her father and both were same. He was the one who showed her that women are respected and the with each passing interaction he became her pillar of strength, her comrade and she started depending on him more than Mauli.

I think the tuning point was when he defended her in front of the whole society which no one had ever done before for her. Second was his trust in her to become independent . hence , when she started the cooking class, she only wanted to be successful so his trust remain intact. But at that point, she didn't know her feeling consciously because how can you ever think about your friend's husband in that context.

Her realization was in the form of that baba or may be her subconscious ( we will never know) and that point it still might have been infatuation because she was still able to suppress her feelings and was Ok with Kunal avoiding her. Her downfall was thinking he had died. That was when she realized that her feelings for him are more intense then she gave credit for. She punished herself in same way Rajdeep used to punish her and I think she expected Kunal to mock her as Rajdeep would do. If that would have happened she could have been able to kill her feelings , forget them But Kunal was understanding, sympathetic and concerned only about her pain, feelings and tears. Men in her past have always been selfish but Kunal was different. For the first time there was someone who had given importance to her feelings rather than their own and thus she knew that she will not be able to kill her feelings or suppress them. At that point, she decides to walk away.

This is why I do not think her feelings are superficial or they will ever go away as we never forget our first love. this is just my POV.

Yes more or less agree to your pov.
A bruised heart just gravitated towards 2 caring souls - her best friend & a man who unfortunately is her best friend's hubby!! She is the one who stands to be hurt the most in her never ending suffered life.

Still she is trying her level best to make amends & move away ...

Lets see how this unfolds..

Nice post! What sticks out like a sore thumb, when it comes to Nandini's side of the story was that Baba Ji. Anyways, I have complained enough about that, so I guess I should get over it 😃 The story has move forward from there, so I should too!

Honestly, I wasn't sure initially, as to what to make of the recent scenes between Nandini and Kunal from Nandini's POV. The way I see it, Nandini has gotten over the initial shock of her realization. When they got locked in that room however, there was a certain silent acknowledgement between the two of them about their feelings. From Nandini's side it was more of "I realize what this , but there is no question of going down that route." She did give into that hug momentarily (which was wrong) but she was fairly composed when Mauli walked in minutes later and she was able to face Mauli with some composure. But Kunal is refusing to get that message that Nandini is silently trying to convey. He wants more than a silent acknowledgement from her, maybe even an all out confession. Although, what he is planning to do that confession is something only he knows. Now in the upcoming episodes when Rajdeep would try to harm Nandini and Kunal would save her, yet again 😕 it could lead to that. It looks like the makers are hell bent on creating life and death situations to get these two to transgress their limits. And then we also have Mauli at her ridiculous best making very uncomfortable remarks about Kunal and Nandini's friendship. I am not sure what to make of that either. Mauli is too trusting or too dumb or a combination of both.😆

Yes, the babaji was too much and hence I termed it as her subsonsious talking to her as only that make sense to me. 😛

Although, what he is planning to do that confession is something only he knows.

Kunal's feelings for Nandini came out of nowhere and he has had more time to deal with it. He went through all the phases i.e. of denial, fear and finally acceptance. He had made his peace with it but then he found out Nandini reciprocates them too. She became his comrade as only she can understand what he is going through. But every time he tried talking to her, she either became silent or filled with guilt or changed the topic as Nandini is still in the denial and fear phase. Due to this Kunal is getting mixed signals from her.

He knows, but like any normal human being, he wants the confirmation whether his feelings are reciprocated or no. For him, he is going between may be she does may be she does notand that making him crazy. At this moment, he is not a married man, he is just a boy wanting to know whether the girl loves him back or no and very scared about losing his love for ever. Is it right? No but the love high he is floating in is making him want to go down the wrong path. Fortunately for him, he has Mauli who pulls him back and Nandini who pushes him .

I think once he comes back from love high that he is currently floating in, he will realize the consequences of his actions. In the meantime who will bear the brunt of it, Mauli or Nandini would be worth watching?

Now in the upcoming episodes when Rajdeep would try to harm Nandini and Kunal would save her, yet again 😕 it could lead to that. Well, it has to be life and death, only then their emotions will come out. In normal scenarios, they have tight control on them, they know its wrong and they do not want to hurt Mauli. But in extreme situations is where they fear that they might lose the other, that when their emotions come out. You know I was wondering, why did they show Nandini moving out, how will they show their interactions but it makes sense, because only by leaving Mauli's house, would Rajdeep be able to hurt her and they would again find themselves in a extreme situations. I mean how many times can there be natural calamities, they have used their quota with land slide, bridge falling and fire. 😆
