Can you explain to me what this actually means?

Does it mean that 'My every hope (existence, belief, fate) started with You (the Almighty)' ?

And does 'I got it with you' mean that 'With you, I am on the safe side', or 'With You, I understood everything', or 'With You, I gained everything'?

As far as i understood this line is connected to next line "sacred wish " more n going by words it means all wishes ..started with you ..or you have granted me all this..but yours Meaning also right in other manner..that it all started with Almighty.
