Wonderful post. You describe the condition of nandini so wonderfully it bring tears in my eyes too. Actually nandini is symbol of majority of women in our society. Torture may be of different type, reason can vary from person to person but logic putted behind all is WIVES ARE PRIVATE PROPERTY OF THEIR HUSBANDS AND THEY HAS TO FOLLOW THEM COZ THEY ARE THEIR GOD.

Normally women think that husbands have right to punish them if they did anything wrong and with the mindset with which they brought up they dont find anything wrong in it. Nandini only showing it. Actually showing mirror to us n our society.

I just want nandini to walk out of this marriage n be independent n find someone suitable for her but not kunal. I dont want her to be blaimed to destroy her best friend's house.
