Would love to see that creative side of Nandini .. I dont want Nandini to just stay at their home doing nothing .. She should persue her dreams now and become independent .. If at all tomorrow Kunal develop any feelings for Nandini , it should b because of her talent and creativity and not because she is a poor victim etc etc ..

I do believe that staying with Rajdeep has hit her self esteem a lot and so she lost that confidence in herself which is sad .. mayb she will rebuilt it again once she starts staying at Kunal and Mouli's house ..

Exactly ..I also want to see her doing something ..taking her hobbies n talent as profession..⭐️
If she develop any feelings for Kunal than its obvious that its due to Rajdeep is lacking in every department n he is a bad husband..and Kunal is so caring ..but what will be interesting to see is how Kunal will develop feelings for her (if he will devlop)

I guess like Kunal wants Mauli to be in Saree ..but she hardly wore it ..but Nandini wears Saree ..it's small thing but I guess these Small - big things will make difference in their life n the relationships will change between three of them.
Let's see how CV's show this story.

I don't think there's anything unwillingly tying her to Rajdeep except the fact that she feels like she has nobody else to rely on but him.

Quite a common reason for victims of abuse to stay to be honest. Especially when they are not financially independent.

Lovely post, i sort of understand your view of Nandini. The viewers are shown quite a lot of abusive scenes in which she is either submitting or crying. I would defo like to see how she changed to this new being, her past self though restricted (in that Rajdeep flashback) seemed so free with Mauli.

Nandini has been subjected to years of torment hence her submission and timid-self makes sense to me. Victims go through a series of thoughts:

1. 1. He apologised, he didn't mean it. He was frustrated, it's his love etc the denial mode.

2. 2. He'll change, I've gone through this for this long might as well see him regret his decisions the optimistic stage

3. 3. It's me, I can't appease him. I am good for nothing, I this I that the self-inflicting stage. Where the blame lies in the victim, or so she/he thinks

4. 4. Lived through it all my life, might as well stick with it the giving-up stage.

Nandini so far is optimistic (1) and resilient (2), i don't think she blames herself yet hence that a good thing.

However i like how they are building her character, like y'day she attacked back and fought for something which she felt was wrong. I suppose no matter what she hadn't expected rajdeep to fall so low. I hope she relalises she needs to rise above all this and show Rajdeep where he truly belongs? Be in a coffin or a cell (both is fine with me😡)

But on the whole i totally agree with you, i'd like to see more shades and differences in Nandini. She to me has such scope and that excites me being a DD fan.

Was waiting for your post in Bepannaah forum but caught u here😆

I agree. Same scenes r getting copy pasted🤪 They shud show more about nandini 's past and y she chose to marry RAJDEEP.
It was sad to see yesterday how he sold her😡

I feel sympathy n pity for nandini😭 but I like Mauli too. More than kunan, I like Mou-Nandu scenes😳

I m not very sure how they are going to justify Kunal falling for Nandini... I m not actually very sure if I can support EMA. Let's c how they justify it

Good points.👏

The storytelling has just begun. The audience has to know how broken Nandini really is, before we get to see her strength overcoming her weaknesses. She was feisty enough while warding off the lech Makheeja. She understood that Rajdeep hit a new low when he traded her body for his personal profits. As long as he asked her to doll up and play the supporting, rather, trophy, wife, it was okay by her. That she understood to be her duty towards her husband and her marriage. For that she even absorbed all his abuses, cause she really had no place to go.That's how most domestic victim cases are, like you pointed out. They justify all the wrong actions of their husbands by assuming "he is not so bad", "he does treat me well at times", "he may change", "maybe something's wrong with me" etc. etc.
Thus far we have seen that Nandini hasn't really any dreams of her own. That's why she moulds her happiness as per the people she is close to. First it was Mauli. We have been shown how involved she was in pushing Mauli to realize her dreams. And then after marriage, she moulded herself to what Rajdeep wanted. I would like to know more as to why she is who she is. Before Rajdeep. Before Mauli.

Someone has to truly show her her self-worth. Should be Mauli, but that person may just be Kunal. That's where the danger lies. We have already seen the glimpses of how captivated Nandini is (Drashti is such a fine actress, especially while expressing the blink-and-you-miss eye expressions) watching Kunal and Mouli's back-and-forth love banters. For the first time she is seeing how different a relationship between a man and woman can be. She might tread onto forbidden waters, without meaning to.

I realize that this show is all about "changing relationships". However, I would love to see Nandini turn into a confident and independent woman.

I also found it strange that Nandini would choose Rajdeep even after Mauli accuses him of misbehaving with her. It was also strange that Rajdeep would so openly misbehave with Nandini's friend and give up his cover. He seemed so confident that Nandini wouldn't break the relationship.. which makes me wonder what was the circumstance like that Rajdeep had such a hold over Nandini even before marriage.

I guess we will slowly get all these answers now that Nandini will start staying with Kunal and Mouli .. she might open up more about her life .. might finally tell Mouli why she choose Rajdeep over her ..

Hopefully we will see some light moments after all the brutal torture ..

Nandini should be in that stage in the series so she need courage a lot of it and some one whom she can depends to help her .
Now she had Mauli she will be able to help her
Abusive husbands cuts all ties of patner (relatives , friends etc)

It will take time ...
Even it is a story it is terrible , just imagine people live in it
Verbal abuse is also is a torture

Actually she has the courage .. we saw that in last 2 episodes .. how she does the self defence act fabulously and hits that old perverted guy with the bottle on his head to escape .. she even oppose Rajdeep when she learns about the selling act .. So she has it in her to b strong and courageous if the situation demands .. But whenever it comes to Rajdeep , she goes into a shell ..I guess she fears being left alone and since she has no family plus she is not independent either , so she wants to hold onto that support system which is only Rajdeep till now in her life .. But with Mouli coming back in her life , hopefully she will come out of that shell and learn to become self independent .. I want Mouli to push her ahead in life just how once Nandini pushed Mouli to become a doctor ..

If she still says Pati paramesher, patni dharam, pati ka samman & such stuff I am done with this show. That prostitute scene & the way she was giving her bangle to the prostitute was disgusting. If the makers thought this scene will make the audience sympathize with Nandini, they failed. It was so repulsive, revolting & yucky that I simply switched off the TV & gave tat entire episode a miss. I will wait till the miscarriage episode & then decide whether to quit the show or continue. At this point I am ready to take even an affair over this OTT prostitute/physical abuse crap that they are showing...

She will finally walk out I guess .. not only because of miscarriage but also after learning the shocking truth that her husband can go to the extreme of selling her for his benefit , I m sure she wont stay in this marriage ..

The brutality that Rajdeep showed in last episode .. hitting on her womb .. goshh .. after that I m sure no girl will want to stay with such a animal .. I hope Nandini finally shows some courage and walks out of this marriage without any second thoughts .. Even law will b on her side if she goes for a divorce .. lets see what they show .. For now I m relieved she will b staying that Mouli and Kunal's house
