Is that why the scene where SriRam faints was not shown? And the kids took the crown toshow their mom in the precap. Then it became the ring in the episode. Buy seriously ups and downs are there in every battle that Sri Ram fights but what comes across is the way Sri Ram handled every situation in life whether it is battlefield or anything else. Fainting can be shown but he did not faint in the battle with Luv and Kush. The original version had the children fighting ShriRam and Valmiki and Sita Mata coming to stop the battle. Contrary to what is shown here Shri Hanuman goes to Mata to inform about the battle. Sri Lakshman and Shri Bharat were either unconscious or injured I am not sure in the original version. Here they had a whole hospital ward complete with saline drips for all unconscious people …well not really 😊.Still it wasn’t too much deviation but now in the last and final showdown. Asuras coming in hundreds from everywhere? Were there so many even after Ravana was dead ? Well I don’t know….

Exactly. Ram fainting can be shown, although he is Lord Vishnu's avataar, he lived as a human, so he did go through everything a human does, dealt with a lot more than an average human being (of that time) and still remained steadfast in his ideals. That's what's important and has to be shown.

. Well ShriRam went through lot more than an average human even from todays times. Backpacked his way across the country camped in the wild, fought demons, made friends alliances of friendship, lost his wife and found her back. Fought an epic battle and killed a repeat offender of women. All the while adhering to the rules of Vanvas. He coronated Sugriva and Vibhishan without even entering their capitals asvv CBpervyge rules of Vanvas. His heart was in the right place and the bond with his soulmate unwavering throughout. We are truly blessed to watch his life journey yet again . Great job by the makers CVS in the portrayal of Shri Ram and Mata Sita. . The actors who portrayed Shri Ram and Mata Sita are awesome. So are the rest of the cast. Never heard of “Sastamook” before. Only heard of Ahi and Mahiravan. . This version has more Asuras.

This serial portrayed every character correctly . Mata Sita is a strong character but talks correctlyeverywhere. Shri Ram too. I remember a version where Mata Sita was shown arguing regarding women’s rights for the sake of Ahilya with none other than Gautama Rishi. I think it was Smriti Irani who played Mata. Ahilyas suffering was not a woman’s right issue but a martial discard involving being faithful to one’s marital vows. But here every character is displayed as is true to their essential nature and shown in a dignified manner.

Mata Sita's script is really nice...

But regarding all characters,,sorry I disagree,,many r distorted,,,like Shri Lakshman is not like this,, always angry impulsive not understanding ShriRam's points,,,Same was compromised writing for Sugreev ji and Vibhishan ji....Shri Bharat they did decent good writing,,,many things r good,,many r distorted,,,and they r major ones....just my opinion.

Bharat's (and Kaikeyi's) character was distorted too. Initially they showed Bharat quite weak and interested in arts rather than politics. And during Luv Kush war as well Bharat was shown to be ... smiley24

Bharat would have sent a message to Ayodhya and would have gone to war to avenge his brothers. Also Bharat was a skillful leader. In Valmiki Ramayan, while welcoming Rama back, he says, "Brother I have taken good care of your kingdom, and now return it to you. You shall find that the wealth and the prowess (army/military) is tenfold as that of what it was when you left it with me."

Series these days keep getting stuck on side role characters having to get main lead's permission for everything. (In SKR, it was Lakshman who was sacrificed in this manner). They didn't need to. The fact that Ram has capable people by his side who will take the right decisions that will confirm with his own ideals itself is a huge proof of how good a leader he is. It is not a small feat to inspire loyalty in people who are this capable.

Yes Bharat was also distorted,,till bharat milap & his confrontation with Kaikeyi was good... initial part he was interested in arts & doesn't know warfare,,over emotional part of him was also incorrect,,,woh before luv kush war,,that scene was also not required,,true,,after so many years,,why he needs to get confidence of Ram saying all these....baki yes sometimes he gets mature dialogues,,,not like always immature ones given to Lakhsman,,Kaikeyi yes they twisted her too...Kaushalya Sumitra explored least...

Ab yaha itna time tha,,they shd have shown Bharat Gandharv yuddh too, before avtaar end tracks,,but demons mein hi time chala gaya...
