Dear All,

As part of our demand for SAAKK2, besides doing Twitter be trends, we are also sending emails to StarPlus and PH requesting for Season 2. Just thought of posting some email content.. in case anyone wants to send these mails..

1. Dear Star Plus Team and Deeya Mam,

I am writing this email to request you guys to bring Season2 of Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahani which went off air on 24th July. Show ended abruptly.. without completing the story of Shaurya, Anokhi and other characters for unknown reasons, leaving fans disappointed and in cliffhanger state.

The show has been hugely loved due to its strong content, engaging story telling, phenomenal performances and excellent chemistry b/w leads. This show breaks all stereotypes of ITV of weak/ manipulatable male lead, ever crying super sacrificing female lead and unrealistic OTT drama/ situations. It's treatment of issues is very very realistic , still entertaining.. I would like to make special mention of Karanvir Sharma and Debattma Saha.. who have put souls into the characters of Shaurya and Anokhi. This show has brought non ITV watchers like me to ITV.. such is its impact and beauty and now we are yearning for more and so demanding a Season 2.

With an IMDB rating on 9.1, this show definitely is the best on ITV and have touched Millions of hearts in very very special way. It deserves a return with same leads. We fans are missing it badly and request you guys to respect emotions of millions of fans across globe and bring it's much deserved and much anticipated Season2 with same leads🤞🤞🙏.

Hope you are doing well.

I am an ardent fan of your show "Shaurya And Anokhi Ki Kahani". This show is magical in terms of content, execution and story telling. Content is progressive, realistic yet very interesting. I would like to do special mention of leads.. Karanvir Sharma as Shaurya and Debattama Saha as Anokhi have reached new heights of perfection the way they have played their roles. They have touched Millions hearts with their phenomenal performance ❤️👏🤗👏. I would like to thankyou from bottom of my heart for this show.

Having said that.. I want to point out, me and huge fan base of the show is in complete shock and heart broken at the news abrupt ending of the show. Story of Shaurya And Anokhi needs to be told properly till the end.. we anticipated so much but this sudden ending has left us in a cliffhanger stage.

So, on behalf of whole Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahani fandom.. I request you to revive the show with Season two with same leads ( Karanvir and Debattma). I hope your production house will understand and respect the feelings of fans and also do creative justice to the show.

We SHAKHIANS earnestly thank you from the bottom of our hearts for presenting us a show like Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahani. The show is about to mark it's end on the 24th of this month, however we fans are not satiated and wish to see more of this story progress. This show is a milestone show which has challenged regressive societal norms till it's very end moment. There are very few shows which can touch and change people's lives like it has. It had such an amalgamation of such resonating characters, story line and drama that people did see themselves living those moments or recollecting their previous experiences while similar situations. People have taken stand for themselves and have brought a change in their mindsets just because of this show. With the blossoming romance of the leading characters and incomplete edges to the story of each character, the audience remains hooked and curious to see more of the show even after it's completion.

Hence, I on behalf of whole fandom urge to come up with a new season of Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahani with the same cast and main leads, as soon as possible. It's getting very difficult for the fans to handle the anticipation to learn about all the story lines and how the characters demographics will change along with challenging situations. We really hope this time the PH and the channel- either Star Bharat or Star Plus will take audience views in consideration and will pay heed to our demands.

On your website, I read below line about you guys,

"Deeya and Tony are passionate individuals who have kept pace with the evolving taste of Indian audiences."

As an ITV viewer I am more than convinced about the above line seeing the quality of your show "Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahani"... It's content is progressive, realistic, yet intriguing and beautiful.. excellent story-telling and completely relatable with the right kind of social message... without making it boring/ preachy.

I used to find ITV very boring and repetitive, but got hooked on to your show and it touched my heart and my soul so so much that now the news of it going off air is breaking my heart into pieces.. it's a remake of Mohor (Bengali show) which has already completed 500 episodes, our show "Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahani" has not even seen 200th episode, and it's being pulled off. Shaurya and Anokhi are just married and have embarked upon their new journey.. we want to see the magic of them sailing together .. There is so much to be told and seen. As an audience, this is so unsatisfying, and unfair that we are being left in a clif-hanger situation. We are very very sad and frustrated at the off-air news and it's not the story of one person. There is a huge fan following of the show, its crisp no nonsense story telling and magical leads and whole fandom is disturbed and heart broken.

I am sure, you must be having valid reasons for pulling off the show - low TRPs, Creative differences with Starplus, Budget Issues.. not sure what else.. but still you are a very big and successful production which has given really iconic shows.. "Shaurya and Anokhi Ki Kahani" is your best till date and sets very very high standards for the ITV soap genre and deserves to be shown and carried forward. It's not fair to the viewers to end it abruptly like this.

So as an ardent and really really sad fan of "Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahani", I request (on behalf of the whole fandom) your production house to bring a season 2 with the same cast. You are such a big and old profession PH with a record of running so many shows successfully.. I can't agree that you can't fulfill this wish of your ardent viewers if you really want to try. Fandom demand is clearly proved by the continuous Twitter Trends since the off air news surfaced.

Beauty of SAAKK is that it has touched the lives of millions, I am an IT professional, and due to SAAKK.. I don't like Sundays anymore as there is no episode on Sunday and I wake up early morning without alarm to watch the Fresh episode without delay on Hotstar.. trust me this is a story of many many many people like me. you guys have hit the gold in terms of content, please please please provide it platform for longer run, it truly deserves and we fans do.

Last but not the least - Thank you so much for giving us this show. Hope, you will respect audience views and give SAAKK a proper run, it truly deserves.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
