Current 'Rishta' of ShaKhi - What's the confusion?

I have read so many posts and even dialogues from writer claiming at this point there is no rishta between Shaurya aur Anokhi... 😕

Didn't Anokhi claim that Shaurya and her are FRIENDS?

What's so confusing about this?? ... Any pre in-relationship status is meant to be friendship, understanding and everything there... How is their relationship 'Benaam'?

Earlier in the show when that lady in hospital reception asked Shaurya 'Aap unke kaun? ' and the one where goons ask Shaurya 'yeh aapki lagti kya hai..?' he could have said... Student or something more professional... When feelings were just hidden...

Then when Shaurya met with an accident and Anokhi when to meet him, when Devi and Shagun asked Anokhi... I agree you didn't want to confirm pyaar or girlfriend or any romantic relationship... But what was the big deal and wrong in saying friends?

These are few instances I could think of where makers have questioned relationship between two... Feel free to add more...

You go and meet your friends when they are in trouble, you help them, you support them... It doesn't always have to be romantic relationship... I don't understand how is their rishta benaam? When you have beautiful names for such relationships too! And every relationship has certain boundaries and rights... But friendship is probably at top pedestal...

SS-Nikki shared professor-student relationship. But along with Aastha connection, earlier he didn't want her as a student, rather thought her to be a pawn of Aastha to intrude in their lives.

He never conducted such hostile interview or did such weird behavior (character assassination, green dress wala events before fairy light sequence) with other students. He himself admitted it several times even before love realization. Anokhi also overstepped her boundaries numerous times. So, I guess it's difficult to name it.

SS at least never looked at Anokhi from friendship angle. Before bridge apology track, Nikki was considering him as a friendly, brilliant professor who happens to be her Aastha ma'am's son. During confession, she said dosti, SS never said it. For him, she was Aastha's student first and then he immediately started getting attracted towards her (from Nikki's akhon mein dard bhi dikhta hai dialogue and ragging hug) but kept masking his concern tagging her as his (SIAC's) student.

That aankhon mein dard bhi dikhta hai dialogue was just unfitting... He wasn't attracted to her post that I feel.... But yes, he never wanted her as a student and it was first instance that proved he could not control her fate in his life.. When she finally got the admission after his so many attempts...

And the fact that he saw Anokhi beyond his student was clearly expressed when he told her to not call him 'sir' very first time... However, the relationship post Kapurthala return to realization could have always been confirmed as friendship... Where they spoke, tried understanding more, and everything... Unfortunately in ITV this phase of transition is sometimes skipped creating little discrepancy in relationship... But clearly they could have called out that they are friends and hence want to meet them...

Like Shaurya 😆 he never considers this side... Atleast Anokhi had once thought to word it that way... He called her as his family... Anokhi tries to capsulate as pyaar... But jab they can always say he is my friend or she is my friend and hence I care...

Bcs itv loves the 'benaam rishta' trope; anyone due to whatever reason asks the leads ki "tumhara uske saath kya rishta hai?" And they just stand there trying to give a meaning to their 'benaam rishta' of which dosti isn't an option lol, jabki that's easiest way out and irl would come to one's mind quickly, par itv😆

Bas isi liye saakk mein bhi aisa hi kuch hai, more than a student but less than a friend bcs friend kaise ho sakte hai;

Hate to love direct shortcut wala raasta hai, friends wala rasta will be too long for shaadi crazy audience anyway and makers know it very well.

Waise she is his 'special case' lol; it would have been so much fun to watch the reaction when he would say to someone ki 'she is my special case'😆

🤣 special case... Uske liye sab special... Interview bhi, car bhi, birthday bhi... Sab kuch...

Waise... This is where Kekta can take some credit... She usually builds that phase of falling in love quite organically.. It drags.. But it has transition of friendship atleast in college romance... Or any other stage... It hardly goes from hate to love... Leads start talking normally to each other at some point which is tagged as friendship... ShaKhi never had that phase... By the time ShaKhi started conversing without taunting.... Reema told Anokhi that Shaurya likes her... And they were already in love😆

Finally their confusing and benaam rishta is getting named! 😂😂 ab yeh rishta kuch kehlata h😂😂😂😛😛

Now, they are husband and wife!💕💕❤❤
