Can Slot change work?

Don't think if any slot is present or not. Just tell me do you guyz think if we get slot change, trp will increase?

I, personally think it can increase to some points but not drastically. Basically it is the plot. SAAKK is surely a youth audience centric show. Youths rarely watch TV. They can catch it up easily online. Most of us are here because we got the glimplse on social media not because we caught it on tv. Many of us are here who haven't watched tv in years.

7pm is very odd time to watch on TV. Late night slot will fetch more trp.

We don't have cable tv at all.. But we (my family) use Hotstar to watch our shows. And mind it... Only hotstar.. No other channel works for her for some reason.

My mom watches most shows on SP but she is definitely not keen on SAAKK, along with couple of others for some reason. I tried telling her that it's interesting but she does not seem to be keen. If we assume TRP Audience is like my family ke ladies, then SAAKK at any slot won't be viewed... Hence, I hope my mom and aunts aren't representative of trp ladies 😆.

However, whatever highest trp we have received is only for shows content and story. And audience who likes this story and content clearly aren't happy with Shagun and sword hanging on ShaKhi. So show totally needs to focus on giving good story.

I really want to create next poll asking if ShaKhi ki Shadi can generate TRPs.

People like me reach home by 7. So can't watch it immediately after entering home. Now due to lockdown WFH but otherwise hotstar is only option

I also miss classrorom and college.😔 But in his corona time this much should be ignored. But for sure Shagun and her delusion is totally🤢. When she goes in her rant of Shaurya mera h, mai shaurya se sabse zyada pyaar krti hu I feel like throwing something on tv itself.😡

But somehow I feels is the slot change won't do a miracle.

Well there are reasons for the less TRP.Slot can be one of them but it is not fully the reason.

The main reason it is failing to grab audiences is the story.Somehow,they are not delivering the very fact,they showed in promo,which they offered audiences.I remember deciding to watch the show and watched from very first episode was promo.

Though it was very opposite view of mine but I was keen to know the perspective,It was kind of an debate his perspective was right at the very place.Being grown in a house where both parents work the children at sometimes do feel the mother doesn't loves them.Even sometimes I too used to feel.

Again have seen such cases too where the mother quits job ater having child as metropolitian cities have different concerns regarding daycares too......Have seen an logical shift in thinking from career oriented women to ghar sambhalnewaali not because people are becoming orthodox but they somehow feels one parent should be along with child,it can be father too but since we as a society still believes it should be a women who needs to sacrifice. There were many issues to be handled like the harrassment at work places.

Somehow,professor student relationship too is considered too pure that somehow it feels odd,though there are real cases but we have Guru-shishya paarampara an social dilemma which could have handled better,They could have shown the message, it is fine if both of them are rally mature enough to handle....

Again,the inconsistency of characters, Shaurya nowhere seems the SS which earlier has grey shade and was ziddi what he wants he wants,In a night he became an deewana aashiq who was running behind Nikki like an puppy...Itna behavioural shift nahi aata practically Anokhi was like changed over night the very girl who returned her wedding jwellery to her father after she ran away is now enjoying an luxurious hotel on money of Sabarwals and is encouraging her sister too to enjoy till they are in Goa...Doesn't makes sense same goes with almost all of characters..

For a person like me who has watched the show from very first episode is I am getting disconnected day by day.Only romance and leads won't fetch ratings,neither hot romantic scenes there were many shows which has offered hotter chemistry than this the people who wanna see it will switch to it.

i don't know how many of you had feel but for this show you don't feel restless if you missed the episode . Don't know the reason whether the clips uploaded on social media or any other but I don't get bechain which used to be for other shows even they too used to have low ratings still uthte hi writteen update chahiye hota thaa........

Slot can be just a bahana,if slot would have been the reason it would have atleast topped online ratings wahaan bhi nahi hai in top 10........

And we are happily bashing RS productions bhai not to forget she has runned SNS on that slot and it was highest hit in history of ITV at the same slot...Abb though dimensions of story cannot be compared but this shows taht ki ratings can be gained at this slot too.....KYY grabbed at 6:30 pm that too on a channel jiske ratings shayad hi matter karte ho,SP ke saamne wo channel kuch bhi nahi hai..........

Plus,here are many loopholes in story and they are kept on audiences too understand,Kitna understand karegi audience bhi...Sab kuch audience thodi na samjhegi......If there are practical problems in show to deliever,the same applies to other shows and audiences too.........

Anupama is still at top despite both leads having Covid......Light element is missing and in circumstances like this everyone is depressed...... Bhai audience ke life mai bhi kam issues thodi na hai jo wo show ke bhi le......Kitna samjhegi audience........Aaju baju log positive,layoffs,jobs ki tension they are already facing much usme they needs toget entertained.ladai and showing sequences jo stress kare won't work or atleast they need to balance.......Balance hai hi nahi.........

Like as an viewer sometimes i feel I invested to watch soch ki takakr and how they both mends......But mai kitna wait and adjust karu ,100 150 ok 200 episodes,but still if they fails to deliver what audience want,audience will switch ........Plus now is eneration of Web series jahan logon ki daily life se related series hai people gets connected to them and upar se 5 7 hrs mai story khatam,itna long time investment can be tabhi when the story is worth..............

No way I'm ever going to compare this show with the current trp toppers. This will be insult to the show.

But I for sure agree on story part. I mean I like what they are showing, I enjoy that in the moment but that is no where what they promised. Characters have changed their traits. This is not Shaurya I was obessed in initial episode. I love current Shaurya too but not as much as the orignal one. Current Anokhi has zid too but not what orignal Anokhi has. They should have handles Teacher -student dilema better.

What the worse thing is that they don't realise that they have strayed from the orignal charm. Everyone is praising them at all platforms, so the makers have no idea what some of us want.

But recently I got some new hopes when finally Nikki gets to know about the real Sabarwal thinking.

First of all makers should not choosen star plus for the show as star plus is completely aunties channel who likes family dramas not youth shows

Makers could have choose MTV type channel which are youth channel

But damage is already done.... Makers still can change their decision and shift completely to OTT platform like Only VIP subscribers can watch on hotstar as many other series

I think changing the slot won't do any better bcoz we (youth) likes privacy which is our phone we don't like tv

So shifting completely to OTT will help to show and makers can save lots of money which they are paying to channel

i didn't compare the shows it was used just served as an example,if the story manages to hook audiences it can gain ratings at any slot.........About current trp toppers I just used that they are making shows in similar conditions and about their story I can't even comment as besides this show I didn't watch them so ranting without knowing will be injustice......What I am trying to say is just that we cannot ask always audiences to adjust with lot of options they have there choice.What I purely feel is they should take a break of couple of days visit there storyline and draft as they had initially.

I just as a viewer expressed my concern if I who has watched the show from day1 when many has left as it was slow paced could feel disconnected,how can we expect new viewers to be connect?
