What is not connecting with the show ?? - Page 2

Idk about the online TRP count and how they do it. It makes no sense. I am sure Hotstar is not announcing its views to these pages. So I am little apprehensive about accepting it. If you see the Twitter hype for the show it does suggest that a good number of people are watching it.

I don't know about others but I stopped watching the show ever since Shaurya started to fall for Anokhi. The entire process was so rushed and there was absolutely no reason for him to like Anokhi other than jealousy. They don't see eye to eye on basic topics like his mom. I also don't like the way Shaurya keeps manhandling Anokhi and starts yelling at almost everything. Somehow the age gap and the student-teacher relationship between them has been totally ignored. Shaurya was way too fast with his realization, which to me seemed unnatural.

I think jealousy track is going overboard like Shaurya and Anokhi has lot to explore in their relationship but they are focusing only on jealousy with Ahir and Shagun so it has kind of become monotonous and boring to watchplus they are giving poor dialogues to Anokhi and her character is loosing spark...I think seeing Karanvir popularity on social media writers are more focussing on Shaurya character hardly their are tweets about Anokhi character and very less posts on insta too .🤔Show need some interesting track and some good uninterrupted scenes between Shaurya and Anokhi according to me . Writers should leave their obsession on jealousy please🤢

The premium subscription is enough to generate revenue.

Basically hotstar earns majorly through the ads and the premium subscriptions.

So yes it does get counted.

I never understood... How and when Shaurya fell for Anokhi.. But Anokhi always had myraid of reasons to fall in love yet... She fell in love when Reema told her to😆 within a two weeks!

The show was written around shaurya only...

It was shaurya ek anokhi kahani...channel changed it to this title...so it is not based on SM popularity...show was written shaurya centric only from the first...

But yes...they have been neglecting anokhi's importance as an equal...

But intially Anokhi scenes had a spark...but see on social media most people are not interested in Anokhi side of story and more interested in seeing aggression and passion of Shaurya with his sassy dialogues so writers are changing according to it tv serials are very much affected by social media popularity and many actors have admitted it openly.

I don't know about online or offline TRP janta, but I was in the show for Shaurya-Shaan-Aastha dynamics. It is the complexity of their relationship that attracted me to the show. I have watched the original and the mother son reconciliation did not satisfy me, so wanted to see how they do it here. Though itv never handles estranged mother-son reunion with the maturity it deserves whether it is IPK2 or EDKV. Also Anokhi's fight to make a place for herself in the male dominated world was something we don't get to see often. I don't watch it on TV but on hotstar but not watching for the past two week as there is no Shaan or Aastha. Might give it a try once they are back but only if the story makes sense.

Also, the creatives catering to twitter audience demands don't seem to be working IMO. They should rather show the story they have in mind.

@bold if this is true then we're on the losing side. Twt fans are demanding secret shaadi. They should start catering to us forum wasis instead lol 🤣 At least we're demanding a better story and justice for side characters.

I think we overestimate social media - twitter instagram fb these are for privileged folks. And sorry but trp don't really come from urban for the simple fact that Gen X/y don't watch tv. We all have shifted to hotstar voot yt Netflix etc. Also hs nay not have published officially but I guess there is a BARC like system for online too cause I have seen many sites publishing online impression.

The biggest social media hyped shows don't have that high trp if you compare to long running shows like shakti , bhagya shows, even sathiya 2.
