Shaurya also has a problem w this

I think earlier she would treat him as a proff but as soon as she found out he’s asthas son, she started to cross that line

However that line was already crossed somewhere somehow that makes sense but also is hard to explain

yeah like she behaves like his gf !!! Why you don’t like your mom !! Why !!

Aastha has not asked her then why ? She should focus on her brother who shot her astha ma’am

I am not absolving shaurya .. he is equally rude to her but I agreed she drives him up the wall !! He is normally nice to everyone else

I think somewhere deep down it seems like she has a right over him how he does w her (w the picking her up scene)

Also w astha mam, she will willing to go through any extent and mess things up more as shaurya said. She just wants to help but fails to realize 25 years of hate can’t be undone in a day.. she needs to give time to S and astha.. I get everyone’s POV but I also think her intention isn’t to hurt anyone but she is indirectly hurting everything

Playing the devil's advocate here, but Shaurya was the one who brought the personal connection in their relationship.

When he made the admission process difficult for her because she was Astha's student, it was at that moment that he dragged her into a sort of dynamic where the lines between teacher and student are blurred. And he has taunted Anokhi, his student, a lot of times as well, just because she was the student of his mother. Even in the hospital, it was Shaurya who told her to "join the fun"

More than in Shaurya's, I think she is interfering in the life of her 2nd mom, as she calls her. Astha has been that flicker of hope in dark, dark times and so, she clung to her and she is fiercely loyal to her. Hearing that jiyo ya maro line uttered against the person who is symbolical to "hope" for her, she was bound to errupt.

If you see carefully, her interference pushes him to confront his feelings with regards to his mother, it pushes him to open up and talk about his pain and he listens to what she says as well- I don't think anybody has given him that. Sympathy to sab dete hain, tears bhi koi na koi wipe karleta hoga, but sometimes you just need someone to listen.

Of course, she'll learn more about him in the process and will maybe adopt a better approach to the issue, but that is part of her character development.

Totally agree. Had Shaurya not made any comments regarding her connection with Aastha, Anokhi wouldn't have easily found out that they're family.

Shaurya doesn't easily act on his feelings. Even if he is angry or sad, he still has a dull face in front of his family but with Anokhi, its almost as if he is comfortable enough to show his emotions and act on them, he shouts and screams and lets out. She gets him to face himself. Sometimes it does get a bit excessive but like you said its character development. The show has only just started. Still got a long way to go.

Thing is, they would have been a normal student-teacher had Astha not been in between them. Had Shaurya ignored Anokhi and treated her like just another student with a connection with his mom, and not a special case, things would not have gotten so personal between them!

She is a kind of mirror that he badly needed. You need to let it all out to heal properly and Anokhi is providing him with that leeway. Or else, he would keep denying that he loves his mom, that usey farq padta hain, that too, bahut!

Exactly. Shaurya needed someone like Anokhi in his life.

That's the thing, it was never a regular student-teacher relation between them from the first day. They had a different equation due to astha before they even got in this student and teacher equation. I'm so of happy because it would have been weird to watch their love story

On topic, boundaries were crossed by both sides. Shaurya was the first one to cross the boundary.

It is true that Anokhi is pushing Shaurya to accept Aastha without knowing the full story. Though she has a superficial idea that Shaurya is mad at Aastha because she left him in childhood. Anokhi has so far seen only the good side of Aastha. That is why it is difficult to imagine that she could do something wrong. She feels that there has certainly been some misunderstanding on part of Shaurya. She wants to clear that misunderstanding that is why she wanted them to meet. I am fine with Anokhi till there.

But I have a problem when she keeps saying that "woh apki maa hai, aur maa rahegi" and "apni maa se koi aise kaise baat kar sakta hai". She should understand that Shaurya will suddenly not start accepting Aastha as his mother just because Anokhi says so. It has to come from within.

Now coming to Shaurya. Like someone has already said in a reply, it was he who dragged an unsuspecting Anokhi in the tussle between him and his mother. He too tried his best to stop her admission to SIAC just because she was Aastha's student. He never took into account the struggles she endured just to reach the gates of SIAC.

Also, in today's episode, Shaurya very conveniently put the blame of his misbehavior towards Aastha on Anokhi's shoulders. I am pretty sure he would have behaved the same way even if Anokhi was not there in the picture. And honestly, I would not have minded a bit (though "jio-maro" thing was typical itv tadka). I love his angsty outbursts.

So just like Shaurya was trying to make Anokhi's admission difficult just to hurt Aastha, Anokhi is pestering Shaurya to accept his mother only to help Aastha.

I will call it a tie, as long as Anokhi doesn't start a protest. Then I am on Shaurya's side.
