Till now what I have seen, based on that shaurya has nothing to apologise for to shaan and astha. Infact, they need to apologise to him. he was a kid, its parents duty to take care of the kid and not the kids duty to know and understand adults/parents problems, specially if you haven't told them.

Astha and shaan, maybe good humans, but definitely not good parents. its their fault that other family members could ruin shaurya and fill him with hatred. They couldn't protect their own kid!

Moreover, what kind of mother let's her kid stay with adults as toxic as sabarwals? If she knew Shaan was weak, how did she expect him to give him good upbringing and protect him or was that something she didn't even think and consider? Her parents needed her but they were adults. They didn't need her as much as shaurya did. Her sense of duty as a daughter was commendable but where was her sense of duty as a mother? A mother's role can't be replaced by anyone. Her argument that lot of kids grow up without mother is true but does she care about other factors like the effect that has on those kids psyche? The job is not done just by giving birth. She is expecting him to respect her just because they share blood? That is a load of BS.
