Anokhi doesn’t mince her words

My favorite characteristic of Anokhi is this: she is able to express herself well and in a direct manner. A lot of characters onscreen that have that characteristic are either excessively loud, too bubbly, rude or outright annoying. She generally isn’t of any of those things. Just speaks the truth.

for example, she tells Shaurya in today’s episode exactly what she thinks of him after he helps her and Babli and later drops then home. Sir BAhar se sakht lekin Dil se bahut accha no. She could have held a grudge against him for the media stuff but moved on. And acknowledged him for what he is. It might be wholesome goodness of the character - or it might just be saying it like it is and being honest. Maybe Anokhi shouldn’t have said that, knowing how he reacted when she thanked him. But she doesn’t seem to linger on the past too much.

stark contrast to Shaurya who has a heart of gold but can’t seem to express himself or say what’s on his mind clearly. And we are seeing that conflict between what he thinks is right and what he feels - theres definitely this pattern of him saying stuff but his actions are the total opposite which kind of proves Anokhis point. Talks the talk but doesn’t walk it necessarily.

Makes for a good story.

Exactly! They are quite the opposite in that sense. It will make a fun story to watch :)

Ofcourse, this is the reason I am loving Anokhi more and more. She has proved that a female lead don't need to be rude or annoying to express their views , she also shows that you don't need to be a daily soap devi to prove love for family.

And I don't have any words for Shaurya..... it's very refreshing to see a male lead who has a brain and use it. He is damaged but elegant , he is fire but maintains coolness, he is broken but embodies perfection.

I like our leads rationality and realistic attitude

I stan Anokhi as FL. She comes across as smart and cocky miss know it all. But at the same time she is not some chirpy bubbly OTT water mouth which is a trope on ITV. She doesn't fight with ML just for the sake of it. She respects Shaurya and treats him like any girl would treat her teacher. She doesn't go over broad and misunderstand the ML just for sake of it.
