It was clear how the lawyer gave no chance for Aka to speak and made her speak whatever he wanted her to speak . So, how is Alka at fault, she told what was truth what she saw.
It was Rohan's Fault indeed. From the Beginning on wards, Alka was of the opinion that they should fight the case and they will get justice. She further prevented Rohan from apologizing & even raping Astha. Rohan should have controlled his emotions and trusted the law. But he failed to do that.
It is clear from the Verdict, that he is being punished for the incident happened at Astha's place and not for the Hotel Room. So had he not done anything stupid, he & his family would have come of the court with pride and Astha would have been declared culprit.
This is not fair ROHAN & VRINDA. Totally disappointed...
