If u feel this as a loophole then it's the writers mistake they have not done justice to rajat sareens character and loyalty 😊 there r many hidden things which the writers forget to highlight and v get into wrong conclusions

On what charges should Rajat have put Neel behind the bars? 😕
Neel didn't make the MMS.
I don't think one can be put behind bars for kissing 😆

And who is Rajat to throw Neel out of the house? 😲
The house belongs to Senior Mr. Sareen,his father.

He just kissed her,he didn't have s** with her.
It's the Sareen and Shastri family,who made such a big issue out of it.

I agree,Neel's intention was wrong,but I don't think he could have been put behind the bars,because of that.

exactly i totally agree with u. i also felt this. why rajat nt take more action of against neil.

It was ONLY Rajat who said that it will be unfair with Devyani,to get her married to Neel.
