Rajat: *sneeze* what's wrong with me now?
Anushka: What was the need to come to save me?
Rajat: Woh kya hai na? Mujhe tumhe bachane ke liye bohot shok tha islie!!
Anushka: Why are you being so sarcastic??? Anyway i have to go shopping...bye!!!
Rajat: Oye!!! Anu!!!!
Anushka: (she was fairly shocked because no one ever called her by that...only her mom...and now...) Kyy...yyaa...a? Hai? (she said with a trembling voice)
Rajat: You look really beautiful in this suit...you look nice in red and...(going more closer to her ear) it's my favourite colour!
Anushka: Mujhe jana hai...bye!!!
With this, Anushka left, a half confused Rajat...he didn't what was happening to him. But he knew one thing for sure...that Anushka had an effect on him...a really big one...one to die for!
After a few minutes of walking through the bazaar, thorough the mall and going to the book store, Anushka returned back home with a bag full of veg. and another with a few books...
Anushka: Neil...Neil...Neil...
Rajat: Who is it now??? (goes to open the door and is surprised) oh...look who is here...Ms. I LOVE ARGUING WITH CRIMINALS...what brings you here?
Anushka: Why are you opening the door? Is your name Neil? I was calling Neil!!!
Rajat: I know that...but unfortunately Neil, mom and dad went to my aunty's house...so he is not here...but can i help you?
Anushka: ha..yeh books Neil ki assignment ke liye hai...uske please dedena?
Rajat: Sure...tum andar ao...
Anushka: No..i have to go...tomorrow is Diwali so i have lots do to...but why am i telling you all this?
Rajat: Because you think that i am the perfect person to share your life...
Anushka: What????!!!! who do you think you are? Why would i share my life with you????😡
Rajat was confused...Anushka was confused...he quickly grabbed her and pulled her into the house so that the people wouldn't hear her scream...he didn't know how to stop her from screaming so he covered her mouth with his hand..this definitely worked...it had to work...after all it was a Anu and Rajat moment...
Rajat: Kya ab mein bol sakti hun?
Anushka: Hain...bolyie...
Rajat: I wasn't saying anything that you like sharing your life...i said you like to share your worries and happiness with me...
Anushka: Nahi...i don't...i have to go...
Rajat: Do you..have...to...go?
Anushka: Yes...i do
Rajat: Really?
Anushka: Yes I do...please leave me!
Rajat: Arreeyyy...wait na...ja...chali gaye...waise...sweet sa ladki hai...
That night Anushka couldn't stop thinking about Rajat, so couldn't Rajat stop thinking about Anushka...
Rajat: Why is this girl stuck in my mind? What is so special about her? Why is she there?
Anushka: Why is he in my mind? Why am i thinking about him so much? Kya mujhe...
Rajat: Pyaar toh nahi gaya? Nahi yaar...yeh nahi ho sakta...
Anushka: Nahi...yeh kabhi nahi ho sakta...
Both, Anushka and Rajat were confused about their feelings...they didn't know whether it was love or not...but they knew something...they knew that they liked one another...
Anushka was so confused and lost in her own little world that Neil had to call her, no actually scream in her hears...
Neil: Anushka!!!! Are you there?
Anushka: Hain, mein yahain hun...sorry...kuch chaye?
Neil: Nahi...mom is calling you for dinner...everyone is already downstairs but you..so let's go...
Anushka: Ok...i am coming...
It was dinner time...as usual all the Shastri's were sitting down on the table ready to eat with the Sareen's except Anushka, Alka, Minty and Rajat...all the girls were helping in the kitchen and Rajat...enjoying his shower...
While helping putting the table, Anushka realised that their wasn't enough plates for everyone, so she went to get some...
Anushka: Minty aunty, woh plate nahi hai...shall i get them?
Minty: Yes...they are in my room...
Anushka: Ok...hai shankarji please make sure i don't see his face...oh here are the plates...
Rajat: Mom!!!! Mom!!!! I know you are here...pass me the towel please...Mom!!! please...pass me the towel...
Anushka: Hai shankarji, mein ne apko kahatha na mujhe usse nahi milna hai...toh ab kya kare?
Rajat: Mom...please...my towel...if you don't give it to me...i'll get out!!!
Anushka: Kya???? Ye lo...towel...
Rajat: Thanks...lekin...tumhare awase itni patli kaise ho gaya? or tumhara haat??? itni soft??? Mom...HAHAHAHHAHA!!!
Anushka: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! CLOSE THE DOOR...YOU STUPID...
Anushka was scared, shocked, nervous. She did't know what just happened and didn't want to know about it at all...
Minty: Why were you screaming??? What happened?
Anushka: Nothing aunty...i saw a..a...a...
Rajat: A cockroach...right???
Anushka: yyyehh...a cockroach...a really big one...
Rajat: Even i saw one...it was really big...(in Anushka's ears) did you see full or just half?
Anushka: Shut up...
During dinner, the two couldn't stop looking at each other...After dinner the Shastri's went back to their house...While everyone was in bed, Anushka was too busy thinking about her encounters with Rajat...she knew that she had a feeling for him...a feeling that couldn't be describe but kept on taking her more closer to him.
She was on the terrace now...she was cold but she forget about the cold by thinking about Rajat..her RAJAT..WAIT NO!!! HE IS NOT HER RAJAT!!! that was what was jumping in her head little did she know that the very person she was thinking about was behind her all the time, staring at her beauty.
But now the cold was increasing, Anushka couldn't stay there any more...when she turned around to leave, she banged her soft head on a very thing, it was Rajat...he was holding her, in his hard, strong and protective hold that promises that he would never ever let her fall. She couldn't help but swim in those chocolate eyes, in the tenderness. Stare at the perfect symmetry of a perfectly shaped face. She was just staring at his eyes...so was he..they were both lost in each other...all they could hear was their heart beats that kind of became uneven! And now they had a new feeling...a feeling that could be seen, a feeling that could be heard and a feeling that could be given a name too...LOVE...they were in LOVE...and they knew it...
After realising where she is, Anushka broke the eye lock and moved back from her place...she was nervous, tried to go away form there, but Rajat wouldn't let her move until...he said what he wanted to say...
Rajat: What happened?
Anushka: Nothing...i need to go...
Rajat: When you were in my arms, you didn't need to go and now you're out of my grip and you need to go...
Anushka: I have to go...
Rajat: First tell me...
Anushka: What?
Rajat: Do you like me?
Anushka: What?
Rajat: You have heard my question...DO YOU LOVE ME?
Anushka: I...I...I...I...
Rajat: I...I...I...kya? Anushak...mein tumhe bohot pyaar karty hun...ai love you...I LOVE YOU ANUSHKA SHASTRI!!! (he said screaming...he knew what he was doing...he was letting his love know that he loves her...)
Anushka: Rajaaattt!!! (she said putting her hand on his mouth to stop him from talking) kya kar rehe ho??? Itni loud kyun?
Rajat: Oh so you are scared?
Anushka: No i am not scared...i am just...
Rajat: Toh phir...jawab??? kya tum mujhse pyaar karti ho?
Anushka: Mein...
Rajat: Ha...phir...
Anushka:...main...papa!!!!
Rajat: Kya...uncle ji...
Anushka: Bye...Rajat Sareen...(she left giving him one of her sweetest smiles...)
Rajat: Pagal ladki...i'll make you say i love you by tomorrow night...ye mera waada hai...ANUSHKA SHASTRI...I MEAN ANU!!!
