There may be two scenarios.. Either Rajat heard the conversation where Neil spoke of his love for Devyani or that he didnt hear it
scene 1: He might have heard it and he will talk it out to Sareen that he loves Anu but tell him not to act on it as he will sort it out himself

Scene 2: He does not hear a thing. His shocked reaction is because Sareen and Neil missed the engagement and at the tension on their faces and Neils drunken behavior

Personally I think its the second one.. I dont think Rajat heard.. They will just drag this track further...
telling Sareen or Neil will mean solution...
