Sonal Vengurlekar is an Indian television actor and former model. Known for her portrayal of Rukmini in the Channel V series of The Buddy Project, she currently essays the role of Devyani Shastri in Shastri Sisters, for Colours.

Hailing from the city of Mumbai, Sonal started her career in television serials with cameos and other smaller similar roles. She attended the Mumbai University to obtain her degree, but had to leave school much before completion, to pursue her passion for acting. She is currently juggling her acting career along with her studies.
