I'm not sure, but as far as I know Ketu triggers sudden events, Rahu can land one in hospital or jail for a long time.
Shani sade sati can also cause deaths. My friend's karka of younger sibling is sitting in Marak house, 8th house aspected by Saturn. He died young.
I don't know a lot but I watch Kapiel Raaj's videos on youtube out of interest. In his Sade saati video, he has told that druing his sade saati period, he lost his father and got into a few accidents. Since Sade sati is when Saturn enters your moon sign, which represents your mind, moods and emotion. It afflicts your mind. But then it again depends which sign and house your moon is in.
