Its nt usual love story.
And letme tell u,he cant be selfish lover boy at this point. He have to think abt his family prestige, society issues as well. And also he isnt any superlative character but a boy next door,be in his shoes n think abt it once, which normal boy will go against his family just fr a kinnar? And i actually feel CVS are taking time to build up harman chracter.
He will eventually accept her one day with true heart, not just as reponsibility.

i agree with you that a normal boy wouldnt go against his family for a kinnar, but harman's already crossed that bridge a long time ago and the last episode was a nail on the coffin, no? he left his wedding to go to her rescue. so technically he has become the so-called 'selfish lover boy' no? i agree its no easy deal to accept somu at all but the thing is from what i gather, the only thing stopping harman from 'accepting' her is not himself but his family. so im confused, does he care what his family thinks or not? i just feel like the story moves at a train pace when positive things happen and drag the negative things for months with the same sequences- the whole ordeal with hit and miss and harman's does he doesnt he- the story isnt really move forward. but i agree with you on everything you have said but i also do think that we are past that point of eventuality in harman's acceptance. and without his acceptance we cant really move on with soumya's issues- like what are her limitations? we only know shes a kinnar- that doesnt really mean anything- she must have some phenotypical affliction- what is it? what will they do to be with each other? what will be their struggles in society and in their personal life? these are the central issue no? not all this pass the soumya drama. and i just feel that harman needs to be clear now as to what he will do. without his clarity we cant move forward. but ultimately i know it will be harman situationally taking decisions instead of clearly thinking and i just wanted to see some clarity in his resolution so he can be her shakti.

Nice debate would just like to pitch in that Harman is a normal dude, boy next door means boy with dreams of having a wife, actually being physical with her. In accepting Soumya as something else than his responsibility shifts his entire life as he knows it. The family is not even in the picture he himself will have to decide to make this big a sacrifice for Soumya. No normal boy next door would do that let me tell you live a celibate life while living the farce of a married life, his earlier frustration on knowing Soumya's gender issue stemmed from the same frustration, he had after all wed a wife but she was not a woman. Too much is being asked of the man without any consideration to his own self thoughts and emotions. He is looked upon as a saviour, a son, a brother and lastly as someone's love but what he wants in life is not even clear to the dude how can he make decisions based on that. Not possible in my opinion.

@Tesjaswini See what u r sayin isnt wrong either. i guess the same complain most of us have here. Cvs tend to rush positive tracks n drags the negative but well what can we do abt it?
Harman character becomes confusing when it comes to soumya, he does care abt his family n same time he cares abt soumya too. And i guess harman needs some major push up to accept soumya n go against everyone fr her and be her Shakti.May be nimmi death might do that or may he after knowning preeto's true color.
And regarding soumya's limitations etc Well we have to wait and see, dont knw when will CVs focus on this issue n about their upcoming future etc etc

I think Nimmi death will eventually bring HaYa closer n also soon give courage n clearance of mind to Harman where he realize n confess his love for saumya with full confident
It has been just 5 months of Shakti
I don't think CVs will give us confession before December

Harman, although has strong feelings for Saumya, does have the realization about his families wishes. As he had said, he is at crossroads; one side his family and their needs of he marrying and producing a heir, on the other hand is his feelings for the innocent, lovable, but unfortunate saumya.
he knows he cannot just spend a life with a kinnar, as it will not be accepted by his family or society. But his heart certainly is feeling the pain. He is struggling with his decision. Any situation that puts Saumya in danger, he is compelled to help her. Saumya has clearly set a place in his heart. But he has not fully acknowledged it to himself or to Saumya.

I hope as Sparkling eyes said above that Nimmi's death is a catalyst for change in direction
1) Now Saumya has no one who can help other than Harman. Will Harman rise to the challenge?
2) Saumya's needs to realize that her main support, her mom, fought for her all through her life, to not live as a kinnar but be part of the society. This realization should become Saumya's shakti and she dones the avatar of "kali", strong and fierce and a fighter

I am sure each one of us has a different POV about how the story will and should move forward (based on our ow imagination)
I am excited to see how the story will be moved forward by the CVs.
