Shakti: Astitva Ke Ehsaas Kii - 18th Oct: Written Update

Harman thanks Surbhi for her help. Surbhi says there's no need. Soumya is melancholic sitting in her room when Kareena brings her food. She says I can't eat. Kareena asks why? You completed your fast. Soumya says that that the ritual would be complete only when Harman breaks my fast. Kareena says he won't be here too soon and you'll be sick by then. So, I'll just pretend to be Harman and you eat from my hands. Kareena cosplays Harman and Soumya laughs. Kareena takes a handful of food and feeds Soumya.

Back at Harman's house, Harak appreciates Surbhi's act and says that leaving past where it is, let's atleast be cordial. Maninder lashes out saying that we did all this because of Surbhi. She pulled us back here otherwise we would never have come. You saved our Grace that and this is us calling even. Preeto smirks that this is all our fault, how? We're in this mess because we welcomed a Kinnar in our house. We opened our homes to a beautiful girl and we got Soumya. If there's anyone who should pay back, it's you all.

Back in HaYa's room, Surbhi notices how all the room has been wiped for Soumya and her memories. She looks around and notices a bindi on the backrest of the bed. She takes it off and sticks it on the edge of the mirror. She says that you were tried to be removed from here but some marks don't go. I dont know if you are ever going to be allowed to be a daughter-in-law but you deserve to be a person. You might not be who the world expects you to be, but you are allowed to live. And I'll give you that. Varun enters the room and taunts her for being unfair with him. He says that all he ever did was love her and she turned him down every chance she got. Surbhi says I am sorry but you now know why I did what I did.

Some eunuchs ask for some beggary in the name of Navratra. The guy offers 10/-. The eunuch says he must be new because he doesn't know what this offering is for. They leave and the man asks what is this about. The grocer tells him that every year all the kinnars in the area collect in their temple up the hill and offer their prayers. They share their life stories and help each other. The man thanks the vendor and tips off Harman about this.

Preeto meets up with Rani, her friend and a goon. They inform her that the plan is all set. As soon as you have Soumya, you could pay us. Nothing before that. Preeto says alright. Now leave before anybody sees you. Rani asks the goon to leave and says that its festival afterall, you could give us something. Preeto throws a bundle of cash and says that she needs the work done before Navratra. Rani says why not, we want a payback for Soumya, something of our own.

Harman attends to his phone. Surbhi asks if she is sure Soumya will come. Harman says this is the first big occassion for their clan to accept Soumya into their group. She will be there. But there's a catch. Only kinnars would be allowed inside the temple on that day. Surbhi says that we'll figure that out soon enough. But I hope we can do this because this will be our last chance in a long time to get to her. Harman says we will. On that day, Goddess Durga will go to her home and Soumya will come to her's. In the eunuch house, Soumya is instructed to wash all the dishes. Raveena and Rani pretend to make truce with her. Soumya says I will always welcome it because all I want is to get out. Raveena falsely appreciates Soumya's talents to please her. They request her to make good blouses for her.

Surbhi ponders on why they've had so many chances to rescue Soumya but they missed it by seconds. What if someone is tipping off the kinnars. Could be my father..or maybe Preeto. She is almost assured that it is Preeto and decides to intimate Harman about it.

Soumya reaches Raveena's room to look for a blouse for the measurements when Raveena sees and her and accuses her of stealing from her closet. Soumya tries to explain but Raveena insults her. The matter reaches Mallika who listens to Soumya and pleads to defend her. She says that there's nothing like mine or yours in our society..everything belongs to everybody.

Harman is on his way out when Preeto stops to remind him that after 2 days, he will have to stop looking for Soumya. Harman is about to give away his plan when Surbhi's call stops him. She tips him off about Preeto's involvement in informing Kinnars on our plan. Harman doesnt reveal his plan and leaves.

Precap: Harman and Surbhi decide on how to infiltrate the temple excursion. Harman suggests about someone pretending to be a Kinnar to get inside. Surbhi asks if someone can do it...then great. Harman asks his friend to give a Ring to Soumya to prove you're with us.. she'll believe him. A while later in the car, Harman gets a call and it is from Soumya. They're both overwhelmed to hear each other.
